What is the specific coverage under the protection plan for fridges? When I purchased my fridge, I was told that food spoilage was covered… I just called geek squad and they said it wasn’t.
This isn’t the first time that I have been beyond frustrated with the lack of communication between the two operating companies… I have said many times, that I will NEVER purchase anything from Best Buy again in my life. The past 6 months have been horrendous. Customer service is the pits!
