A JS Duo tower heating and cooling fan is perfect for anyone living in Canada. You know the temperature will change outside. You may have noticed it can get too cold sometimes. At other times, it can get too hot. In some parts of the country, you may have experienced both extremes during a single day. Crazy but true! You want your family to be comfortable: not too hot or too cold. The JS Duo tower is the solution. Learn about why below, then enter to win one.

Creating a comfortable temperature in your home easily

A nice wall hanging, or even great wall colour may help make a room feel inviting. Great furniture too can make a huge difference in how much at peace we are in a room. However, those design features are irrelevant if the room is so cold or so hot that you can’t think or read or sleep. And some rooms are easier to get to the right temperature than others. One solution is to hire a contractor to redesign the room, add more insulation, break up a wall to add a window, etc. A simpler solution is to use a JS Duo Tower Fan. It’s slim bladeless design means it will suit any room, taking away very little space, while adding comfort throughout the room so you can enjoy the room.

Which room in your home will get the JS Duo Tower Fan?

You don’t have to decide right now, but put some thought into where you would most likely use the JS Duo fan in your home. In my home, it would go in the living room in the summer, as that room has the most windows and gets the hottest. During the rest of the year, it would go into the spare bedroom, especially if we have guests, because that room gets the coldest. It would ensure that my guests really enjoy their stay. I’d even tell them to put the app on their phone so they can control the fan and heater as they please during the nighttime without even getting out of bed!

We sent the sample we are giving away in this contest to Lindsey for a detailed review. She tested it in the summer and was impressed with how well it worked and how quiet it is. Read her full review then return here to enter for a chance to win this fan/heater for your home.

  1. In the summer it would go in the second floor bedroom for cooling at bedtime as the room is hot in the evening and in the winter it would go into the basement office for warming as this is occupied for work and is the coldest room in the house.

  2. I would place this fan in my bedroom in the summer and in the winter. The room gets too hot in summer and is too cool in the winter

  3. In the summer near my stationary bike to keep the sweat down. In the winter near the cold window area in my bedroom

  4. Summer would be upstairs. My 80 year old house barely gets cold up all the way up there. And in the Winter would be the basement. It’s always freezing!

  5. In the winter it would be in my sunken living room that is furthest run from fireplace, this morning it was 15C in that room. Summer time in my bedroom of course cause I always run hot.

  6. I would place this fan in my bedroom in the summer because it gets very warm in there after a hot day and I would place in in my basement rec room in the winter because that room is hard to heat and it is where I like to watch TV.

  7. I’d keep it in my bedroom in winter and summer, because my room is always the coldest and the hottest in the entire house!

  8. I’d place in in the bedroom whether it’s in summer or winter since that’s the room where I spend most of my time and needs to be comfortable.

  10. I would place both in the living room summer and winter because that is the room that we use the most.

  11. The fan would go in our bedroom for both seasons. We have a split level and the heat / cold distribution can be a little off, so this would help regulate it more.

  12. I would place it in the living room during the winter to heat the room to watch TV comfortably and in the bedroom during the summer to cool the room for a better sleeping temperature.

  13. Doesn’t matter which season, summer or winter. The bedroom over the garage and furthest from the furnace needs both heating and cooling the most.

  14. THE LIVING ROOM IN THE WINTER AND THE BEDROOM IN THE SUMMER. WARM IN THE WINTER FOR COMFORT WATCHING TV AND COOL IN THE SUMMER FOR SLEEPING

  15. THE LIVING ROOM IN THE WINTER AND THE BEDROOM IN THE SUMMER. WARM IN THE WINTER FOR COMFORT WATCHING TV AND COOL IN THE SUMMER FOR SLEEPING

  18. Living room for the summer, but in my home office for the heat in winter. It’s great for both as it doesn’t seem to hog a lot of space.

  19. In the summertime, this would go in the living room as that’s where we spend a lot of our time. In winter, it would go in my daughter’s room as she has a habit of kicking off all the blankets when she sleeps!

  20. I would put the fan in my bedroom for the summer and the winter because I’m always cold in the winter and I’m warmer in the summer, not to mention it will help so that the furnace and AC won’t need to be on as much

  21. My current home is a cabover, meaning that the master bedroom is located directly on top of a non-insulated garage, so in the winter its extra cold and in the summer, extra hot. I’d place the JS Duo in my master bedroom during the extremes of the year to help remedy those problems

  22. In the winter I would put this in the basement where the kids toys are. It gets really cold down there

In the summer I would put it in my son’s room because for some reason his floor register doesn’t put out a lot of air and his room gets really hot because the sun shines in his window in the evening in the summer

  23. My basement recreation room is the coolest room in the house all year round, so I would put the fan there in the winter. The upstairs bedroom is the warmest room in the house all year round, so I would put the fan there in the summer.

  24. In the winter I would use this fan in the basement rec room as it is always so cold there. In the summer I would use the fan in the upstairs bedroom as it is the hotest room in the house at that time.

  25. In bedroom for both winter and summer, to warm up the room prior to the night, and to have a cool room during summer.

  26. Summer it would be in my living room because the sunny windows let in a lot of heat.
Winter it would be in my bedroom to take the chill in the room before bed time.

  27. I would place this fan in our living room in the summer, as we have west facing windows and it can get very hot. In the winter I would place this fan in our basement family room, as it can get a little too cool.

  28. I’d use this in the living room in the summer as that room gets hot from all the windows. In the winter I’d use it in the bedroom as that get the coldest.

  29. I Would place it in my bedroom in both summer and winter as there is nothing worse than trying to sleep in an uncomfortable bedroom

  30. I would place this fan in the bedroom in both the summer and the winter because that is the room that is consistently the hottest and coldest.

  31. I would place this fan in my bedroom for both summer and winter, because my bedroom is the hottest room in the summer due to being south-facing, and also the coldest in the winter because it is furthest from the furnace.

    • I would place this fan in my bedroom in both the winter and summer because upstairs in my room is where it gets the hottest and coldest.
