Samsung smart monitors fall somewhere between these two.

My daughter recently bought a monitor and I offered to send her a Roku streaming stick so she could watch movies on it in her apartment. The M7 would be a great device for any student. Having multiple uses as a computer monitor, gaming screen, and built in streaming capabilities will be incredibly practical for both work and play. The 32″ size will also be great for groups gathering in a dorm to watch a movie or sporting event.
Either the M5 or M7 would be great for a student, having the interactivity to not only work on school projects, but also have streaming allows for reduced clutter in a dorm/school setting. The crystal clear displays will also help with extended working hours and will reduce eye strain.
The M7 32 for the screen size and features. Would save tons of space having a TV/Monitor in one location.

The M7 would be the better monitor for a student because of the size. Being able to see a larger image of what you are working on makes a big difference. Also a larger screen size would allow you to use split screen.

Education is super important and the opportunity to have a M7 Samsung would be the best option for a student to study.
The M7, instead of having both a computer monitor and a tv one monitor does both jobs. More screen real estate for doing school work, and then big enough to watch favorite show on tv, like Stranger Things.

I think the Samsung M7 smart monitor would be more suitable. With the bigger screen, there will be less strain on the eyes and it’ll also allow us to work on our papers and read the researching articles interchangeably.
If the student lives in a dorm, the m5 would perfect, 27″ is enough for a relatively small dorm. Otherwise, the m7 would be better if the student can fit it in a set up.
As a former student that wishes these existed back in the day I can honestly say, the bigger the better.
The Samsung M7 being 32″ is a great size for work and play. As someone who runs a Dual setup, I know the benefits of all that screen size when it comes to getting work done. It is also very welcome when it comes to entertainment.

As a former student, I would pick the M5 27″. As a current adult who wants to go back to a monitor as an adult after using a TV for years as a screen. the M7 32″ is right up my alley.

I was going to say the M5 is the more budget friendly option for a student but let’s be honest. They really want the M7 to impress their friends and make others envious of their amazing smart monitor!
As a student myself, living in a small space a think the Samsung M5 Monitor is ideal to make the best use of space and its the perfect size to handle not only productivity, but gaming and entertainment such as movies/TV as well!

I think that the M7 would be better for a student because it has a bigger screen. If the student lives in a dorm room, there’s not much space for multiple devices. This would work best as both their computer and their TV…all in one place. All-in-one items are extremely convenient for a student.

I think the bigger screen snd the fact in can be wall mounted is good for students with little space.
It is unlikely that a student would have much space, like in a dorm room, so for that reason alone, I think the smaller M5 monitor would be more appropriate.

The M7 monitor would be great for a student! It can act as a large, crisp, and clear screen to do homework (or gaming) on and also can double as a TV with the built-in speakers.
I like how adaptive the brightness of the display in real-time to match the surrounding environment. As a student myself we stare at the screen alot so having it adapt on it’s own is amazing feature to help keep our eyes from getting strained.
I think the M7 with a larger screen would be better for students; they spend a lot of time in front of the screen and a larger screen would mean less eye strain.
As a teacher, I would say the M5 is better. Students are often sitting too close to a big screen anyway. The quality of full HD is good!
