What is your strongest toy related memory from your childhood

When I was a child, deciding what I wanted for Christmas meant hours of joy looking through the holiday catalogue, and writing out a wish list. Looking over page after page of the toy section of the catalogue is a very strong memory for me at this time of year. Many children these days still write a letter to Santa, but they get their ideas online … and Best Buy is a great place for them to look. With webpage after webpage of toys to select, savvy kids can quickly find robots, or building toys, or whatever it is that piques their interest.

Copy and paste is second nature to today’s generation, making creating a digital wishlist super easy for them. Tell them that after looking at Best Buy for their favourite toys this year, to copy it’s name and paste it on their digital letter for Santa. Then all you need to do is go online to Best Buy, insert the name they wrote into the search bar, and in minutes your gift will be shipped to you to have in time to put under the tree on the night of December 24th.

  2. I love the little robot dog. It would be great for my wife’s nephew’s son as he loves dogs. It would be great for him to learn about owning a dog before he gets one. Excellent idea!

  3. Hands down the Orboot globe is my favourite toy on the list. My wife and I are avid travellers and we would love to have our son learn about the world and it’s many exciting places he can travel to with us (when things open up).

  4. This contest is now closed. We will draw the winners soon in accordance with the rules. Return to the blog often to read great articles, learn about the latest technology, and to enter more contests. You never know when we’ll be doing another amazing giveaway!

  5. The LEGO Super Mario: Adventures with Mario Starter Course since my niece loves LEGO and Mario. A great combo.

  6. My niece would love the Shifu Orboot Globe since we can’t travel we can still learn about other places. Love the hands on

  7. The Osmo Coding would be perfect for my son. This would be a great toy because it is both educational, fun to play with, and would provide hours of entertainment.

  8. My favorite would have to be Wowwee Chip Robotic Dog. To be able to have a dog you don’t have to clean up after.

  9. My son’s favourite toy was bought last Christmas at Best Buy. It was the Sphero that he can code and play with from his iPod.
