    Honestly if we’re going with laptops the ASUS Zephyrus S thin would be my ideal gaming laptop. For desktops though I’d have to pick the Acer Predator Orion 3000 just for that case alone, let alone the hardware fitting what I need.

    As for a gaming monitor I think the 24″ ASUS VG248QE gaming monitor is. The Full HD 1080p resolution ensures content is crisp and clear, while the 1ms response time and 144Hz refresh rate combine to produce fluid and smooth performance.

  14. I’m a purist, though I do like mobile gaming as well. I’ve enjoyed my asus g750 as long as I’ve had it.
    I’ve always wanted an alienware though. Preferably from the aurora line, that one with the rtx 2080 and i7-9700 looks like an excellent option. My desktop is too old to reasonably take to modern performance levels.

  28. I guess I’m qualified as an enthusiast. On bestbuy.ca right now, the best Intel powered gaming desktop can only be an HP Omen with an RTX2080Ti. Moreover, it also has 32 GB of RAM. Sure, 16GB is usually more than enough, but having more RAM is always better.

  30. Pragmatist it is. Computer isn’t just used for games of all genres but work and hobbies too. And cant forget about entertaining the kids.

    HP Omen Obelisk with the 9700K and GTX2070 would be great at tackling games, amateur photo editing, cad work and basically anything you throw at it.
