Review: Welcome to the New Nintendo 3DS era with The Legend...

0
15 years have passed now since The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask shocked traditionalists and long time series fans. Following a much darker pathway than previous games, Majora’s Mask was welcomed by some and shunned by others.  Now, with the New Nintendo 3DS making its debut, Majora’s Mask is back in a revamped 3D form to help take advantage of the new controls and button spread.  I admit I wasn’t a fan 15 years ago, but I’m older and much more open to change nowadays.  My thoughts on the game are available by clicking below.

Review: Narrative Clip Wearable Camera

0
It’s amazing to see how cameras have evolved over the last 20 years. Remember the days when you’d have to load a roll of film into your camera and then take that film in to be developed after only 12, 24, or 36 snapshots? Those days are long gone. Now we can capture the ins and outs of our daily lives with our smartphone cameras and share those moments with the world in an instant via the touch of a button. The Narrative Clip wearable camera takes this concept of chronicling our lives—or “lifelogging”—to a whole new level by snapping a picture every 30 seconds, and I recently had an opportunity to take one for a spin.

Review: Linksys AC5400 Max-Stream Gigabit Router

2

If a router could be designated as a tank, the Linksys AC5400 might be it. While already large in physical stature, it’s the power under the hood that makes this unit as robust as it is, even if a good deal of what’s in there can’t be utilized by most devices yet. In many ways, this is a router that is built more for the next year or two than it is for the here and now, and if that appeals to you, the AC5400 is worth a look.
