    One of the most iconic comebacks by Real Madrid in recent years occurred in the UEFA Champions League final of 2017. Real Madrid faced Juventus at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

    In the first half, Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring for Real Madrid with a stunning goal in the 20th minute. However, Juventus responded strongly and equalized through Mario Mandžukić’s spectacular overhead kick just seven minutes later. Before halftime, Juventus took the lead with another goal from Mandžukić, leaving Real Madrid trailing 1-2 going into the break.

    In the second half, Real Madrid staged a remarkable comeback. Cristiano Ronaldo leveled the score in the 61st minute with a powerful low shot into the bottom corner. Marco Asensio then came off the bench to score a crucial goal in the 90th minute, followed by another goal from Ronaldo in stoppage time.

    The match ended 4-1 in favor of Real Madrid, securing their 12th Champions League title (La Duodécima). This comeback showcased Real Madrid’s resilience and ability to perform under pressure on the biggest stage in European football.
