Making a traditional Norwegian pastry, an all day event that involved the whole family
My family loves tiramisu, so I’ve started making that every Christmas for dessert. It’s a big hit with young and old. Also, my grandson absolutely adores pasta, so pasta is always on the Christmas dinner menu – even though it doesn’t seem very Christmassy. If I won this gorgeous mixer, I’d definitely use the pasta attachment!
My mother making a large fruitcake in early December and secreting it away for the holidays. But my father soon found the somewhat hidden fruitcake and within a few days this Christmas baking surprise was no more. I bet he received coal in his stocking!
