According to the brand, these earbuds surpass the previous version, as everything has been rethought to offer better performance and more elegance. The premium build quality features a faux-leather texture and a more ergonomic design. Between style and performance, this product promises to deliver brilliant, clear sound, while blocking out ambient noise so you can enjoy every tone to the full.

The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 earbuds are beautifully designed and fit perfectly in the hollow of your ear. You can easily carry them around with you, as their egg-shaped case is very small. You can even slip them into your pants pocket. These earbuds offer superb sound isolation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your music. Thanks to hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), you can set the level of noise you want to block, down to 49 dB.
What’s more, Intelligent Adaptive Noise Cancellation adjusts this level according to the sounds around you. Perfect when you’re going from walking down the street to taking public transport.
The long-lasting battery provides up to 44 hours of playback in total, with a quick recharge allowing 11 hours of listening in just 10 minutes. What’s more, if you own a OnePlus-brand smartphone, you’ll be able to recharge the wireless earbuds case by placing it on the back of the phone.
It’s worth mentioning that battery efficiency can be affected by ANC. So, by adjusting your ANC in real time and adaptively, for example by reducing it when you’re at the library, you’ll be able to extend battery life.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are equipped with two transducers and two digital-to-analog converters, an 11 mm woofer and a 6 mm tweeter, to deliver superior sound quality. What’s more, they feature a 12.4 mm titanium diaphragm, enhanced by BassWave 2.0, producing rich, detailed sound with deep bass.
For quality calls, the Buds Pro 3 feature three microphones and a bone conduction microphone (VPU) for crystal-clear calls. The IA8 Clear Calls algorithm eliminates wind and background noise, ensuring that your voice remains crisp and clear on the move.

Testing the OnePlus Buds Pro 3
As soon as the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 arrived, I opened the box to try them out on a short outdoor run. I was careful to choose the size of silicone ear tips that best suited my ears. Each tip fits perfectly. I opted for a slightly larger size to ensure optimum support during my movements.
I did a quick 10-minute charge while getting ready for my run. I found that, even while running, the sound remained stable and did not cut out. Nor did I hear the impact of my footsteps in the sound, which remained constant throughout my workout. The earbuds stayed in place, and the sound quality was excellent, even when the songs changed rhythm.
Since I got them, I’ve been using these earbuds for all my hands-free calls. Everyone tells me my sound is clear, crisp and without interruption. What’s more, prolonged wear is really impressive, as I don’t feel any fatigue or pain inside my ear.
Controlling the OnePlus Buds Pro 3
The instruction manual clearly explains how to use the sound control buttons, and the actions are straightforward. You can adjust the volume by sliding your finger up or down directly on each earbud. Additionally, you can control your music by pressing the earbuds once, twice or three times.

My opinions on the OnePlus Buds Pro 3
Personally, I love the style and design of these earbuds. The OnePlus Buds Pro 3, in Lunar Radiance colour, add a touch of elegance and pair well with my earrings. The sound is really clear, vibrant and offers good deep bass, no matter what style of music you’re listening to. When I wear them to work, I literally forget I have them in my ears. They’re very comfortable, even for prolonged use.
I find that they are comparable to their competitors in sound quality, while being more affordable than some. Additionally, I prefer this type of product, in-ear earbuds with a stem, rather than round button-shaped ones. I find it easier to insert them and wear them more aesthetically.
