Many years ago, when my children were younger, I bought a projector to use as the main display in my basement home theatre. I was shocked that it never stayed in one place: my wife would move it to the bedroom to watch a movie when she was sick in bed, my kids would move it to their bedrooms for sleepovers, and I even took it to work a couple times for presentations. That’s something you certainly can’t say about a television. Rarely a day went by that it was not used for movies, gaming, work and more.

my favorite feature is the easy-to-use single Plug in and go!! Simple works for me…
I would use it to watch games and movies in the living room , either use its own speaker or attach a surround sound system to it , to create a cinema like atmosphere.

I like the short throw. A 100″ display from 2.5m. Great for a smaller living room. Makes you feel like you’re at the movies, without re-mortgaging your house to buy popcorn and pop 🙂

We set up a screen and projector in our backyard during the summer, so this would definitely get use out there. When the weather isn’t so great, I’d love to use this in my bedroom.
I LOVE that you can connect to Chromecast! It’s brilliant when your devices can all work together, making it that much easier to stream movies.
Easy to use and the response time to switch modes in zero and you feel like its instantaneous.
Good 6,500 hour bulb life. My old BENQ was rated at 3,000 hours.

Where would I use my new projector? I have a perfect room downstairs for using my new machine and it is great I can keep the lights on when working.

The features that are important to me are the easy set-up and the automatic finding of my programs like Chrome Cast.
