Home health test technologies are increasingly enabling regular self-monitoring of health-related signs. Everyone’s digestive system is unique. Some people experience problems after eating without knowing why, and may restrict their diet out of fear. FoodMarble’s AIRE Digestive Tracker with FODMAP Test Kit gives users the power to face those fears. It’s a small but powerful, portable, and personal diagnostic device with an app that can help you identify foods that affect your body negatively. The FODMAP test kit analyses how well you digest lactose, fructose, sorbitol, and inulin to help you make healthy choices. On the blog, we reviewed the FoodMarble AIRE Digestive Tracker with FODMAP Test Kit and now we are giving away two new AIRE kits in this contest.

How does the FoodMarble AIRE work?

When people have trouble digesting food, the food sits in the gut and begins to ferment, creating hydrogen gas; this gas will appear in an exhaled breath. The FoodMarble AIRE can detect this hydrogen then send the measurement to the FoodMarble app. When combined with a log of foods you ate, bodily symptoms, stress, and sleep, the fermentation data enables you to assess your tolerance to individual foods.

To give you detailed results, AIRE comes with special sachets of powder (FODMAP test kit); mix with water and drink it to determine how the body deals with the major intolerance groups such as lactose, inulin, sorbitol, and fructose. These give a much clearer picture of where your digestion problems come from. Figuring out which food groups cause problems makes your dietary selection in the future easier.

We sent a FoodMarble AIRE sample to a writer, Christine, to test out and share an honest review. Read her review article and check out her video to learn how she tested and confirmed that lactose did not absorb well into her gut.

  6. I love the idea that by tracking your hydrogen levels, you can find out which foods are most suited to your digestive system. Thanks for the opportunity!

  7. I’ve had IBS all my adult like so eating the right foods can make a world of difference. I would love to try out the FoodMarble AIRE digestive tracker to see what foods I’m sensitive to. I think my favorite feature is that it tests out less obvious sources of bloating like fructose, sorbitol, and inulin and not just lactose.

  8. I was having some issues with digestion and I like that it comes with 4 packets of lactose, fructose, sorbitol, and inulin. I could get an idea of which foods cause me distress or if a combination of foods.

  9. I have been diagnosed with ibs previously. During pregnancy I had a hard time keeping anything down at all. Knowing what to avoid would make life easier .

  10. I love that it can tell me how my body is processing sugar. I have acne everytime I eat sugar. I also fear I’m getting lactose intolerance.

  13. My favourite feature is app connectivity to guide you easily through the whole process and display data easily.

  14. i think the battery life is most helpful feature. Nothing more frustrating that having a dead device after only a few uses/days.

  15. I.like that this help me determine if I have allergy or not. Also I like the trst kit to mix with water and drink it to determine how the body deals with the major intolerance groups such as lactose, inulin, sorbitol, and fructose. This is what I needed because I can’t even find why I always get that allergy that nobody can tell me. This is what I wish for
So I can stop that itch in my skin due to allergy with food that I ate.

  16. I like how the kit comes with four FODMAP tests to analyze how well you digest lactose, fructose, sorbitol, and inulin.

  17. I’d probably get my husband to use this since I’m pretty tired of saying “that ain’t right” after one of his ranky farts.
