  1. I spend whole days sitting in front of my computer and can feel my back acting up more often, this desk would make a huge difference.

  2. Changing the height of the desk is very useful so I can get exactly the height that works best for me and my chair.

  3. My mom who is 76 has very poor posture already and is hunched over. She says that keeping good posture is something needing constant reminders and discipline. She is on the computer a few hours a day doing work and daily tasks and correspondence. A MotionGrey desk would allow her to keep good posture without thought and get her tasks done in a more healthy way.
