My colleague Billy calls his routine “almost neurotic” (His words not mine). On the Friday before game-day he wears his team, Seattle’s, colours: he calls it blue Friday.   25. Definitely the fact that the screen reduces eye strain. My eyes get strained so easily so this would be a welcome change
