Whether travelling or going out locally we may find ourselves out of the house a little more as the weather warms up. I will go through 3 different things I adopted to help me stay on track regardless of where I am. Open your mind to these things and collectively it wlll take your health from average to good!

Today I’m going to take a look at some of the latest camera features and technologies, so that when you go into your local Best Buy store to buy your next camera you’ll have a headstart on the store clerk, and maybe even a checklist of must-have features.   From ‘focus peaking’ to EVFs, here are 5 of my favourite new features.

What does the long weekend mean to you? For some people a long weekend is an extra day to turn the alarm clock off and sleep in.
