How to enter our Play at Best Buy contest

Entering this contest is easy and you can enter in two different ways:

  1. Head to Best Buy’s video games section and check out the newest games and accessories. Then, in a comment below, tell us which game or gaming accessory available at Best Buy you’re most excited about—and why.
  2. Social post: For an additional entry, create a public social media post about your participation in the Play at Best Buy blog contest. Share the prize package you hope to win and the first game you would play if you won. Use the hashtag #PlayatBestBuyContest, include a picture from this contest page, and make sure your post is public. Then, comment below with the social media channel you used and your username or pseudonym for verification. You can use any social media channel (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), but the post must be public so we can verify it is there.

At the end of this contest, we will randomly draw 4 winners from all eligible entries posted on the blog (in English and French); each will receive one of the four prize packages listed here:

  8. Definitely Nintendo Switch 2, I’ve been looking to buy a Nintendo Switch for years but in this economy, it’s hard to justify. Other expenses always come first. This would be a dream come true.

  36. Hard to pick just one I’m most excited about. But if I had to pick, itst he MetaQuest 2. We are home bodies, my hubsnad is a disabed vteran with limited mobiity, so gaming is a big part of our lives. VR would take that to the next level and help us stay active while still enjoying out gaming time. And who doesn’t want to fly around Gotham as Batnman? lol

  37. I am most excited for the Meta Quest 3S. We have only played VR at friends houses, but it was such a fun time for everyone in the family, all ages. We laughed and laughed. I think we would really enjoy exploring this whole world of gaming more!

  38. I’m most excited for the Nintendo Switch 2 because I’m expecting the re-release of some classic games. However, it is not YET available, so I also have my eyes on the “RDS Game Traveler Deluxe System Case for Nintendo Switch & Switch (OLED Model) – Black”. It looks like a great way to keep your console safe during travels. Not 100% sure if it will be compatible with the new Switch 2, but time will tell.
