Get inspired to create amazing food with a new Breville appliance

Canadians have been rediscovering their kitchen lately. This has been more challenging for some people. Even for me, someone who absolutely loves cooking and creating and experimenting with food, there are days when I don’t feel it.

We’ve all used microwave ovens and I think my experience on my 5 year old machine is probably quite typical. For each entry, tell us one food item or recipe that you would make in one of these Breville ovens if you win. You must specify which oven you are referring to in your comment. For example, a valid entry might be: if I win the Breville 3 in 1 oven I will make a decadent chocolate cake.

Also each entry must be unique: if you enter here and on one of the review article, you must specify a different food item.

What you can win

  4. If we redo the basement, this would be perfect. I would have an oven, I could do O, so many things in it. The basement now becomes a real living space.

  10. Air Fry French Fries in the microwave! Convection oven so it can bake, grill and less time and clean up. Gotta get it!

  17. I would use the microwave to heat up lots of things, especially things that come straight from the freezer. With the built in sensor my food will come out perfect.

  20. if I win the Breville 3 in 1 oven, I think that I would try to make a chicken pot pie. It would be interesting to see if I can get the same pie crust that i would get in a normal oven. It would great to get a pie in a shorter amount of time and in a smaller appliance!

  24. I would make a chocolate mug cake in the Breville Countertop 3 in 1 Convection Microwave oven when I have a sweet craving!

  25. I would love to win the 3 in 1 Breville Convection microwave oven. I would love to quickly melt chocolate perfectly and pour it over my ice cream. Of course, I would try to make roasted potatoes and spicy chicken in this convection oven before I ate dessert. No guarantees because I love chocolate desserts even before a meal.
