    We would use it for exercise and new experiences.

  2. I love the accessibility and freedom the quest 2 provides, with it’s portability and access. I would be giving it as a gift to my brother who loves gaming and film, and talks about the quest 2 nonstop!

  7. I already own the rift s from Oculus and it is by far the best VR headset I’ve ever used I love it I want to upgrade to the quest too because it’s wireless, and there is no learning curve if you have already bought into the company’s products.

  11. Population One!! I’ve played it before and it was one of my favorite gaming experiences of all time. So I think immediately that’s what I’d do.

    I really love the Quest 2 because of the fact that it’s wireless and so high res! Compared to the Quest 1 it’s a whole different experience- and no more screen door effect!

The Quest 2 is that next step in our mission to define the species – the second foot to feel the moon, inching us closer to the realization of Yuval Harari’s prophecy of abandoning the real and tangible for a world wrapped in a consciousness of our own making. You have to love the excitement of that journey!

    I have been working with a major charity, using VR to educate around social issues and intentionally evoke specific emotions connecting have and have not demographics of society. I would use the Quest 2 to continue to investigate the world changing possibilities of this technology.

    I will use it primarily for gaming, but there’s some educational applications that are very intriguing!

  20. I love the freedom that the Oculus Quest 2 gives. Both in terms of lack of cables, and the fact that it’s VR so you can go to any world and explore or play anywhere immersed.

    • I believe the Oculus Quest 2 is bringing VR to more and more households. This excited me so much as more games will become available for VR! I love how VR teleports you to a whole different place by putting the headset on and turning it on. The immersiveness of VR is not comparable to any other gaming systems I know.

      I am excited to use VR to increase my physical health and look forward to digging into more story based games!

  25. I’ve got the first Gen and can’t wait for the second Gen. I’ll pass the first Gen to my kids and play together with them. The best and only VR experience without a hardcore PC. Though I have a PC that is VR ready, I’d still play with no wires. Mostly gaming is my jam here.

  40. What I love about the Oculus Quest 2 is the immersion, clarity and the ability to side-load games, puzzles and activities in support of up and coming independent developers. What I will use the Oculus Quest for is to connect with my daughter who I’m unable to see due COVID-19. We would be able to be with each other viturally playing games like Beat Saber and Watching movies with BigScreen.

  42. Not needing a PC and it being wireless is what drew me into the occulus quest 2. I want to use it for gaming. My partner loves cycling, so hoping that can get VR routes of the Tour de France or other scenic places for winter months for the stationary bike. 🙂

  44. I love the fact that you can stream the Oculus Quest 2 to a chromecast-enabled TV. My girls and I could take turns cheering each other on as we play fun games like Vacation Simulator!

  49. I’ve always wanted an Oculus, and with the Oculus Quest 2 out I can finally afford a VR system. And after analysing the Steam VR system the Oculus is just more convenient.
