oculus quest 2 untethered gamingAn Oculus Quest 2 is real entertainment like you’ve never experienced before. Whether it’s watching a movie, playing a game, or exploring a new travel destination, you will not believe how close you get to being part of the action. This is definitely one of the hottest entertainment/gaming devices of the year, and we are very happy to be able to offer two as prizes in this contest.

Oculus Quest 2 is virtual reality with no strings attached

Finally VR has become what we all thought it was to begin with. You see, VR promised to allow us to feel like we are in a different place or time. Some do this better than others, and some, like the original Oculus, have been quite amazing. However, it’s hard to totally immerse yourself in a game or movie when an attached cable keeps tugging you back to the real world. That’s one of the immediate advantages of the Oculus Quest 2: with no tether, no attached cable, you quickly lose yourself—the virtual environment essentially becomes the real world for you!

  1. This VR headset is good looking wireless and doesn’t required that much space to place. I probably gonna play it with my brother on some multiplauer game

  2. I love the “go anywhere” factor. Being able to take the Quest 2 to a friend’s or family’s house and share the experience of virtual reality with everyone, without the need to lug around a gaming pc and tripods for the base stations. I look forward to bettering my skills in Beat Saber and Superhot, along with watching movies and tv from my own personal (virtual) movie theater.

  3. VR headsets sound incredibly cool, and being wireless makes it all the more surreal, I’d love to try it out and experience it 🙂

    • I would love to use this for immersive gaming, sounds incredible to have something like this that is cordless!

  4. I’ve been away for the last 3 yrs and haven’t had a chance to play any game system but I’ve kept hearing about the oculus & oculus 2 and dreaming and wishing to have to enter a virtual reality.

  5. I love the higher refresh rates, would definitely use it to try out games like beat sabre, Super Hot! Also I’d want to watch movies in it with the virtual theatre room.

  6. It would be a multiple users! I have 2 grandsons next door that would love it! I am disabled and hoping it has a app for me to Escape virtually!!!(along with any games/apps? For relaxing for therapy PTSD) I have been dreaming about getting one of these for over a year. And while searching reviews of all different kinds/brands this one is definitely THE GRAND MASTER of all VR headsets!!!

  7. I enjoy how immersive the quest can be. I would use it to play games with my friends, together but social distanced.

  8. the Oculus is wireless and self contained, plus 64GB of storage is a lot, as much as a lot of cellphones now. I would use for gaming,

  9. The oculus 2 is definitely a step up from the last new controllers, new screen. Can’t wait to win it and stream it on twitch.

  10. I like the lightweight aspect of this. Having tried a couple I find I have to stop after 10-15 mins due to the weight. I would use this to submerge myself in another world when my husband is annoying me

  11. A VR headset that’s wireless is sure to catch some eyes.
I am eager to play games like half life and job simulator.

  12. The wireless experience allows for more flexibility and freedom to use anywhere in the house, but the cable is still and option for top quality experience on a PC.

I hope to use tilt brush and quill to aid in creating immersive artistic experiences for others and push my art into a new dimension.

  13. A couple of my friends keep telling me how awesome the quest 2 is and I’ve been meaning to buy one for a while now, wireless is awesome and I would definitely be using it for gaming

  14. Would be using it to play with the kids who I only get to see once and awhile, live ways away from me so physical meet up is far and few between.

Can’t afford two ( child support for 3 kids is pretty intense)

Would consider buying one if I had help with a second for them tho. They’ve been asking for a VR for awhile. And the none req for a pc needed really helps their situation.

Pay more in support a month then 2 quests are worth.. 🙁

Good luck to everybody and congrats to whomever wins this great device!!

  15. I would use the Quest 2 to keep my sanity during these unprecedented times and play awesome multi-player games with my kids that live on the opposite side of the country. Being high risk and unable to go out for work, fun, etc, is getting the best of me. I would love to have this as an escape from this mental prison that has now become my life and make it fun, adventurous, and exciting

  16. I have wanted VR since I was a little boy, unfortunately still unable to afford one I would love to be able to try out cool space videos, watch movies and play some video games.

    • I love that this console doesn’t require a PC or add ons. This one stop shop has everything you need to enjoy game night with the family or watch a movie.

  17. I love that it’s wireless and you can play onward and population one which are great games it is very immersive and active. I would love to get the oculus quest 2

  18. I love that it’s wireless and you can play onward and population one which are great games it is very immersive and active

  19. i like how you feel like you’re actually in the game or whatever you’re doing and looking at. Also like how you can set safe barriers in smaller spaces.

  20. It’s so awesome that it’s fully wireless. I’ll probably try to get good at the rhythm games since that’s what interests me most right now

  21. I will be gifting this to my parents who have never had VR experience before. Now that they retired, it is time for them to relax and enjoy their second part of their life. And I believe Oculus Quest 2 VR experience just makes their retirement filled with more fun and action.

  22. I love how it can connect people and the potential experiences it can bring. Especially now with everything going on it’s a perfect device to stay connected with people anywhere without needing to drop a lot of money for a VR enabled computer. It’s a nice little box of potential.

  23. I love the oculus because it gives a chance for my dad to get some social interaction during Covid. He really wants me to get one so we can play and see eachother. I think it’s very user friendly as well, watching him get used to it was very comforting.

  24. I love the freedom of movement the Oculus 2 provides.. Compared to the tethered feel of the PSVR. I’d love to play the games, watch the movies and even experience the virtual. FB experience

  25. I have one! I’m in cyber space instead of sheltering! And I want my family to all have one so we may get off Zoom and go virtual to see each other

  26. I love that it is has high performance and that it can be linked up to a computer for really cool vr games. If I win this I want to give it to one of my friends so they can play too.

  27. I’m very curious, wife has been asking for one ever since trying one her brother has. Thinking about the possibilities for both games and 3D movies.

  28. I would give this Quest 2 to my brother who’s been through a battle with cancer since June. He’s been eager to try VR and this would be a perfect chance. Thanks.

  29. I love that it’s both wireless and standalone so that I don’t have to bring my whole rig with me just to enjoy some game while out of town.

    • Would love to have it for playing Solaris! Love the fact that the controlers batteries last way longer than the Quest 1

  30. I’d use it to play games with my little brother, he lives with my mom so I don’t get to see him except for when I’m able to visit, and this would be the perfect way to be able to spend more time together when I can’t see him.
