Don’t skip lunch or dinner because you’re gaming! I always feel awful after eating lunch at 3pm because I was stuck on a Hitman level.
I’ve seen some really awesome standing desks and desks that very easily convert from sitting to standing. I think they are amazing and could definitely help gamers stay healthy while they play, but they’re usually pretty expensive.
Stand up every 20-30 minutes. You can still play while standing, just change your position regularly. Same goes at the office/home office!
