  4. Best way to stay healthy is to take a good ten minutes break every hour and stretch their body. Sitting in a great ergonomic chair though must be a part of their gameplay.

  5. I would suggest setting a timer to to take periodic breaks but I know that this would not sit well with serious gamers. I have two at home and they will not interrupt a game for a break. What I do insist on is a water bottle beside the mouse. Lots of water is good for hydration and making sure they get up whether they want to or not.

  6. When gaming it’s important to take breaks, stretch, look away since it’s healthy for your eyes and drink plenty of water not to dehydrate!

  7. My suggestion would be to take frequent breaks between sessions and to go take a walk or even play a fitness game like ring fit adventure from time to time!

    There are alternative programs but this is the one that I am familiar with and it has done wonders for my health and sleep patterns.

    Of course sensible eating and developing arm muscles to push away from the table are also crucial factors for good health.
