What fan of the Avengers wouldn’t want the amazing Citizen Marvel Avengers watch? It gives you a unique expression of style (given that it’s a Citizen watch) and affiliation to arguably the most popular movie series in history. Are you a true fan? If so then you probably want to read the rest of this article so you know how to enter for a chance in this contest.

Citizen style combined with undeniable class … Avengers class

There are so many Citizen watches available at Best Buy that I think would look great for any occasion. We already gave away one of my favourites in a blog contest a few weeks ago, the Brycen chronograph. Imagine all the places you would look great with the watch we are giving away in this contest: the Avengers Watch. Everyone would be envious.

After all the Avengers are the most popular movie franchise of all time and Avengers: Endgame was the highest grossing film of all time. And there are many more Avenger related movies set to some out in the future, so the watch will remain relevant for many years to come.

It’s time the Avengers became part of our holiday traditions

We all love holiday movies too. However, the types of movies that seem to be produced are not ones that will compete with the popularity of the Avengers. In fact, most of the new movies that came out this year I don’t even want to watch. They’re often so similar to all the others in style and substance that after watching one you feel like you’ve seen them all.

I think Marvel should start a new Christmas franchise of movies where they recreate the Holiday classics, but with Avengers and appropriate alterations to the storyline. For example, “The Incredible Hulk’s Christmas Carol.” So, think of which holiday classic movie could be improved with one or all of your favourite Avengers saving the holiday.

How to enter

Entering this contest is easy, but you can only enter once. In a comment below, tell us which holiday classic would be improved with some or all of the Avengers in it. Be creative and let us know some of the storyline so we can really get into the holiday spirit.

What you can win

At the end of this contest we will select one winner to receive the Citizen Marvel Avengers watch.

This contest runs from Dec 16th until December 29th.

Remember you can only enter once. But discuss the contest with your friends and see who can come up with the most interesting reimagining of a holiday classic film that includes an Avenger or two.

  1. It’s a Wonderful Life. George stands on the bridge about to jump and Clarence…. doesn’t show up. George jumps but instead of falling into the water he falls through one of Dr Strange’s Portals and into the future. Dr Strange and Captain America (because George and Cap both come from the 40’s and Cap was one of Georges hero’s) bring him around a future without George Bailey. Potter became President, America joined Hydra and took over the world. The Avengers Initiative is an underground resistance fighting Hydra but they are losing. Mary Bailey is one of Agent Carters team fighting behind enemy lines. Their last hope is for George to go back and fix the timeline.

  2. The Hulk in Rudolph the red nose reindeer lol Helping Santa muscle his way around the world to save christmas

  3. National Lampoons Christmas Vacation and Hulk helps Clark Griswald pick their tree and decorate it… Avengers style!

    • The star wars Xmas special with the avengers. Hulk and chewy become BFFs, iron man doesn’t like R2 and 3PO’s sass, captain America doesn’t like the big bad empire bullies, black widow and Leia wear matching gold bikinis! The plot is that the empire tries to recruit Thor because he can fly and control lightning and and when he meets Darth Vader, thinks he’s “bad iron man”. Hawkeye ends up being a background character.

  4. Itā€™s a Wonderful Life where instead of being visited by Clarence the angel, George Bailey is visited by Iron Man. They take on Mr.Potter in an unexpected turn of events to exact justice for the stolen money. Instead of Zuzu Bailey saying ā€˜Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wingsā€™, sheā€™ll say ā€œDaddy, I love you 3000ā€.

Thanks so much for this chance to win! ā¤ļø

  5. Die Hard – Iron Man could take our Hans Gruber in 10 seconds and John can get get back together with his wife for the holidays

  6. Just put the Avengers as different characters in ā€œ The Christmas Carol ā€œ .. just makes sure Iron Man is Scrooge !

  7. Die Hard -> Ok, in the beginning when all of the hostages are being kept in the lobby including McClane’s wife, I would have the Hulk smash through the wall and charge the bad guys taking out the main threat so we can focus on Hans Gruber, the real super villain. Then there would a great CGI moment when Iron Man could fly through the air circling the building doing and amazing flyby showing on the special effects, and everyone could see the skyline of Los Angeles when it’s snowing at Christmas. Tony Stark would then fly in and take over while Hulk is getting everyone to safety (including bring Holly M. Gennero to John McClane making it only necessary for a small cameo with Bruce Willis and this would be a great moment to have Stan Lee appear[this would have been filmed previously so Stan can still be in it, it’s not a real Marvel movie with out Stan Lee]). I can so pitcher Tony Stark saying yelling Yippee-ki-yay right about now. No need for air ducts either, hey he’s flying through the building taking out the treats one by one, floor by floor, with the one liners and snarky remarks aplenty. Hawkeye would have to be on a nearby roof top calling the shots as he spots the terrorists. For the last epic battle, Iron Man’s power supply would have to be depleted leaving him helpless to Hans Gruber. So as a Christmas miracle Captain America show up deflecting bullets using his shield while Black Widow incapacitate Han’s and saves the day. The only thing I cannot figure out is at the end of the movie when the credits are going by, what sneak peek of an upcoming project would Marvel be promoting this time? Thank you and Happy Holidays. #geeklife

  8. The Avengers could help Arnold Schwarzenegger get that Turbo Man doll so he can spend more time with his family over the holidays =)

  9. Iā€™m going to go way back to a Muppet Family Christmas but instead make it an Avengers Family Christmas with everyone going to the farm house of Family members and having to fight a giant winter storm for everyone to make it and it would also include members of the DC world as well just like the original included Muppets and Sesame street!

  10. This is a tough one to answer for me. How about the Star Wars movies having Avengers in them and the Avengers helping destroy all the bad guys.

  11. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, with Nick Fury as Saint Nick. Iron Man creates a mechanical Rudolph, who is originally not accepted by the other reindeer. At some point, the Hulk has to carry the entire sleigh with the Avengers and reindeer in it.

  12. Love Actually – End Game.
Different aspects of love as shown through ten separate stories involving the Avengers, many of whom are shown to be interlinked as the tales progress. The story begins five weeks before Christmas and is played out in a weekly countdown until the holiday, followed by an epilogue when Thanos arrives with the gauntlet, seeking the infinity stones.

  13. Jack Frost,
When Thanos snaps his fingers instead of everyone turning into dust they turn to snow. The remaining avengers have to rebuild (literally) their team so that they can forgive one another and stop thanos in an epic snowball fight, somehow with explosions.

  14. Love Actually.. Could you imagine Iron Man Tony Stark doing that final song of all I want for Christmas is you along with all the suits doing back up dancing? Magical! I love, Love Actually!
Hulk reeling from the death of Black Widow is like Liam Neeson mourning the death of his wife!

  15. How the Grinch Stole Christmas – I would love to see The Hulk as the Grinch and Black Widow as Cindy Lou Who. Other Avengers may portray the role of the residents from Whoville as well.

  16. Poor old Mr. Griswald would have had a much easier Christmas with some of the Marvel team for tree harvesting and helping with decorating! Lol

  17. I’d absolutely pay to see them in a Terminator flick! It would be an epic battle of heroes versus the raw power of the T-800! Pretty sure the explosions and battles would be pretty damn awesome šŸ™‚

  18. I think Home Alone would be awesome with the Avengers helping Kevin stop the burglars. May be overkill but would be funny…

    • They could make an avengers themed A Christmas Carol. With the team playing various roles, and scrooge could be played by Nick Fury of course. Little Timmy (or whatever his name is) can be played by Ant Man. Ironman can be one of the Ghosts, with Gamora and Black Widow, because they’re the ones that died.

  19. Scrooged would be awesome with the avengers taking him to Christmas past present and future rather than the spirits.

  20. A Charlie Brown Christmas would be awesome if they used gamma radiation to grow the Christmas tree and the Avengers came to defeat it and in the end, Hulk teaches it to control itself and becomes the best Christmas tree EVER!

  21. Jingle All the Way – it has comparable amount of cast and protagonists. it even has flying characters.
