I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.
Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. I think this is similar to a food diary – when you are aware of what is going on, you take better care. So if I see how active I am – I’m going to keep going. On the other hand, if I see I haven’t been active enough – I’m going to get moving!!!

My Fitbit is pretty old and the new ones have great features. I love the idea I can use my Alexa and the heart rate monitor is an excellent feature to help you know if you might have an issue you should discuss with your doctor. Their are so many gorgeous watch bands to that are compatible with these watches so they can be worn for so many different occasions. Great article. Soon I will need an upgrade for sure.
