Fitbit smartwatches are great for staying on top of your health and fitness goals—and so much more than that. I wear a Fitbit smartwatch 24/7 to keep track of my activities, to monitor my overall health, and to stay connected without having my phone with me. You can easily connect your Fitbit to Alexa and get information quickly with voice activation and connect to your phone to help you organize on the go. I love my Fitbit! If you haven’t got a Fitbit yet, here’s your chance to win one. In this contest, we’re giving away two of the newest models: Fitbit Versa 4 and Fitbit Sense 2. There’s a Fitbit smartwatch for everyone

Fitbit Versa 4

The Fitbit Versa 4 is perfect for fitness enthusiasts! It helps you stay on top of your fitness goals by seeing your stats in the moment on the large display. During the day, it tracks many metrics like steps, distance, and calories burned. At night, it tracks your sleep quality. In the morning, it wakes you gently. It also helps you get better results from your workout routines with 40+ exercise modes including strength training, kayaking, and more. Plus, built-in GPS gives you real-time pace and distance during outdoor workouts.

Fitbit Sense 2The Sense 2 is Fitbit’s most advanced health and wellness smartwatch and puts your overall well-being first with its Daily Readiness Score. It helps you tune in to your body by reflecting on how well your body’s handling stress each day. In addition to stress management and heart health tracking tools, this sleek and stylish smartwatch gives you personalized insights and elevated guidance, especially when paired with a Fitbit Premium subscription.

The motivation you need for a more active lifestyle

Fitbit smartwatches are basically designed to track your activity, reach your fitness goals, and sync your progress straight to your phone or computer. I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.

Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. I was happy to find that the Fitbit app had so much to offer to help me further these interests.

Getting fit can be boring at times, and a device like a Fitbit fitness tracker just might spice things up enough to make it fun and interesting. And my hope is that whoever wins one of these Fitbits will use it to really change their lifestyle or a loved one’s.

  1. I’m really unmotivated to exercise because it takes so long to see results. A fit bit would help me track my progress so I might be more motivated.

  2. A new FitBit (esp Sense 2) would helps me tune in to my body by reflecting on how well I’m sleeping and how well my body is handling stress each day.

  3. I would love to get back into running (ran a few half-marathons about 7 years ago) and this Fitbit would help so much! It’d be great to be able to monitor my vitals and my pace and progress. Thanks for the chance!

  4. It would help by making sure I keep moving throughout the day and don’t get caught sitting too much.

  5. A Fitbit would help me keep track of my goals and all I need to stay on track to change my lifestyle and help reverse my fatty liver

  6. I actually already have a Fitbit, but an upgrade to a better one would be great. The features I love are all the health metrics: skin temperature, resting heart rate as well as SPO2, it’s great for keeping track of your health as well as your steps.

  7. I love the reminders to move and hit your step and calorie goals. I love that is keeps track of everything in one place to make you keep pushing to be better each day

  8. I could be inspired to get out for walks more often, if I could follow all of my stats as I go, and after I’ve done my thing.

  9. The Fitbit Sense 2 smartwatch would let me check my blood pressure for which I am on medication. I also do not sleep well so maybe with tracking it would help me get more rested.

  10. Fitbit’s health and fitness features would provide the motivation I need to keep up with all of my fitness goals, especially with the New Year coming quickly!

  11. I have a fitbit alta and a new fitbit is on my Christmas List. One that can go into the pool, to keep track of my fitness

  12. The Fitbit Versa 4 would help me to monitor my sleep quality and wellness and motivate me to bolster my fitness regimen

  13. Will help by providing metrics (distance, calories, sleep patterns) that can help me achieve goals, examples:
    – heart rate monitor might help optimize exercices and their intensity/duration
    – sleep patterns might help optimize the duration and the optimal time of sleep
    – long standing history might help detect patterns for example which period of the year there is weight fluctuations (if entered accordingly) and when are the times of the year when exercice is less or more or more optimal
Integration with other apps could also help understanding all of the above

  14. There are 2 ways I think a smartwatch would help me out. I go for walks and often wonder how many steps I get in. This would help with that! Also, it would be wonderful to know what kind of sleep quality I really get.

  15. I would actually gift this to my dad who recently had a valve put in his heart after a heat attack. He is doing much better but needs to be more active. I believe this would motivate him as well as track his sleep, steps and much more. Peace Of Mind on your wrist.

  16. Fitbit’s health and fitness features would improve my lifestyle by motivating me to get in more steps and monitor my sleep habits.
