The motivation you need for a more active lifestyle

Fitbit smartwatches are basically designed to track your activity, reach your fitness goals, and sync your progress straight to your phone or computer. I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.

Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. I was happy to find that the Fitbit app had so much to offer to help me further these interests.

Getting fit can be boring at times, and a device like a Fitbit fitness tracker just might spice things up enough to make it fun and interesting. And my hope is that whoever wins one of these Fitbits will use it to really change their lifestyle or a loved one’s.

  1. With the new year approaching, I have a list of new habits I’d like to develop and old habits I’d like to be rid of. I’m planning to quit smoking for good while also increasing my physical activity. I think having a fitbit to monitor my health would not only be useful, but serve as a motivator as well.

  2. Having a Fitbit would be great to keep track of my movements and monitor my heart rate. Give me incentive to keep moving and stay fit.

  4. I would actually gift it to my dad. He has had a pacemaker put in and suffered a few mild strokes. The DR. says he needs to be more active and this would work beautifully. He loves a challenge especially when he challenges himself. I can see him trying to better his steps etc.

  5. My husband has a Fitbit and records his steps when he walks or jogs. I don’t think his Fitbit is as good as the ones in this contest but I would like to have one as it will be able to record my steps for the day and see how much I move in my job. I also would like to find out what other features on the Fitbit would be of use to me as I believe it also records heartbeats. 2023 would start off great if I could have a new exercise buddy like one of the Fitbits in this contest.

This Fit Bit would help tremendously as I have mobility issues and with the programmed exercise that comes with these I will be able to keep track of what has been done and what I still need to do to in the hopes of getting a more healthy life. I love that it keeps track of the steps and has a phone that if anything happens I can call for help so much faster , than I can with trying to dig out my phone. Either of these Fitbit Versa 4 or Fitbit Sense 2 would be a huge benefit in my failing health and would help me try to better my overall physical health.
