The motivation you need for a more active lifestyle

Fitbit smartwatches are basically designed to track your activity, reach your fitness goals, and sync your progress straight to your phone or computer. I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.

Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. I was happy to find that the Fitbit app had so much to offer to help me further these interests.

Getting fit can be boring at times, and a device like a Fitbit fitness tracker just might spice things up enough to make it fun and interesting. And my hope is that whoever wins one of these Fitbits will use it to really change their lifestyle or a loved one’s.

  1. It would help with providing me insightful details about my current fitness and mental state. Being able to focus on more than just physical fitness is an important feature to me. I can see either watch playing a vital role in assisting me with surpassing my fitness and mental health goals.

  3. I would use it to improve my quality of life .It would be a great motivation to work harder to improve my fitness.

  4. I would use it to keep track of my steps each day, therefore encouraging me to compare data from day to day and try to improve my performance in order to live a healthier lifestyle.

  5. The large display will be great to seeing my stats during my workouts. I also need to better my sleep as that’s a big factor to my health goals. And the FitBit gives me both. Would love to have it!

  10. I initially bought my Versa 2 to monitor my sleep quality and how long I slept. If I have less than 5 hours sleep, then I do not go to the gym in the morning as I find that I need to sleep a minimum of 5 hours to function during the day at work.

  11. I currently have a Fitbit Versa 2 (This is after having 3 previous Fitbits prior, just keep upgrading). I find that it holds me accountable. Yes I should be doing a minimum of 10, 000 steps per day, and sends me reminders when I am short to keep moving!!! The little hourly reminders if I am slacking! Love them!
    I like being able to see who is calling, send back quick little text messages all without taking my phone out of my pocket!

  13. I have a very basic Fitbit, and having one of these woould help me monitor my health. I have conjestive heart failure, and this would make it easier to monitor everything.
