  1. My inspiration is my husband. I love to walk and hike so the best features are the Health metrics which measures mybreathing rate, heart rate ,oxygen saturation and resting heart rate . It will give me a better idea of how to pace myself.

  2. I don’t have a fitness partner. A friend told me she used her fitbit regularly and it helped her to lose weight so that is inspiring.

  3. I like the new sensors — “The sides now have sensors with cool features like the electrocardiogram (ECG) and electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor to gauge stress.”

  4. The sleep tracking feature is cool ! My husband Is my inspiration. We both live each other just as we are , but both are striving to be more healthy

  5. I like that it measures the blood oxygen levels because being able to measure and then increase this item will allow me to increase my pace/reduce the time required to complete long distance races.

  6. My neighbour Bob who is 95 years old and still manages to go on a daily walk and do a much better job of maintaining his yard than I ever could.

  7. Bright screen is a bonus on the Fitbit Charge 5 fitness tracker..My work out partner is my next door neighbor and friend!

  8. My family inspires me to workout and increase my activity level. Counting steps and monitoring my sleep and heart rate are important.

  9. I like that the Charge 5 has Fitbit Pay to use instead of your credit card at point of sale. That is great so I won’t have to bring my credit card when I am out for a run!

  10. I like the Health metrics which measures breathing rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, oxygen saturation and resting heart rate because I can learn about my ongoing overall health.

  11. My running fitness partner is Shannon. She is the best inspirational running partner! We run together every weekend Summer or winter!

  12. My friend Pat who is a mountain woman who I admire. My favourite feature is that you can keep up to six as shortcuts, and swap them out between 16 others. This is very efficient.

  13. My cousin Rosie inspires me ro get up every day and workout. She’s always making time to so her daily exercise whether it’s skipping ropes or walking the stairs.

  14. Not sure which Fitbit I like the best – though it would help me to record how many steps I do – and would most likely give the other one to a friend who goes walking with me

  15. My fiancé Marcel always inspires me because he encourages me to get my steps, above and beyond, each and every day

  16. Yes I do have a fitness partner “Dwayne” and one thing he does he is diligent in counting hes daily steps

  17. My friends me, myself, and I. They remind me that exercising makes you feel like a leopard while inactivity makes you feel like a marshmallow and unsatisfied with your health/weight.

  18. My wife Connie. She reminds me of the importance of exercise and ensures we have proper diet. When she plays a sport she plays to win and pushes me to be better.
