Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Alternatively, it may be a recently released game that was demoed at last year’s show. This may be the year when you discover something new that quickly becomes a new favourite. Looking forward to a lot of games at e3 this year (borderlands,dyinglight,cyberpunk,ect) but the one I’m looking forward to the most is call of duty: modern warfare from infinity ward I want so bad for cod to be good again
I am most excited for death stranding being made by the god hideo kojima. It is visually stunning. It means a lot to me because games have been stale for me lately but kojima never disappoints and just from the trailer alone Iam looking forward to the game even more
Looking forward to play Death Stranding by Kojima Productions. Never got the chance to play P.T. before it was cancelled but, even if it’s no Silent Hills, the surreal vibes I got from the latest gameplay trailer got me excited.
Ghosts of Tsushima is really exciting to me for the PS4. I’ve yet to see a Japanese style samurai game come out that can portray the samurai mentality throughout using story, fighting and graphics. This looks like it could be it, it looks beautiful and gives an aura of the honour and duty possessed by the samurais in Japan. I’ve been waiting for a concrete release date for a while now so hoping the come through with that.
Looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red. Open world giant city with cybernetics, going to rule.
I’m mostly excited to hear about the NAVI announcement from AMD and what the future of gaming will look like with Google Stadia and Microsoft’s Project xCloud.
For sure The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, announced by Nintendo for the Switch. Super excited because….. it’s Zelda.
I’m most excited for the new expansion to Final Fantasy XIV, Shadowbringers, made by Square Enix! It’s significant to me because I met my best friend in game and the both of us haven’t played in a while so it’s going to be exciting experiencing a new chapter of the story with a close friend!

I’m really excited about Death Stranding! After knowing so little about it for years I can’t wait to learn more!
I am really excited after watching Avengers, to see what Marvel vs Capcom Infinite will be like! Capcom has made great fighting games which makes me most excited to see all the new characters being brought into the Marvel vs Capcom universe! It’s important to me mostly because these are the types of games I played as I was young.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order by Electronic Arts has got me really excited. The trailer looks so good! I’ve played KOTOR a lot when I was younger and that game really stuck with me; hopefully FO has a similar feel to it.
We are beyond excited for Final Fantasy 7 Game remake.

I’m most excited for EA’s announcement which they officially confirmed in November of last year (2018) about the remake of Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert are returning in 4K. This announcement is so important to me because it reminds me of the happy glorious days of when I was playing with PS1 as a kid. Very nostalgic! Waking up early on weekend just to play and sometimes trying to play before school (if mom doesn’t catch me). I heard they’re releasing it to PC users so that will be good for me since I don’t have any PS or XBox but that could change if I win any of these packages 🙂
Getting very high hopes for the Final Fantasy VII remake of Square Enix for Playstation! I used to play this when I was a kid with my brother and sister, and it has such a very good story that honestly i believe it started it all. It has been a cult classic, and realizing how good remade games are these days, my hopes are just through the roof!
Also excited for the new consoles to be launched this year or next year! Hope they’re all great!
I am excited for Pokemon Sword and Shield. Announced by Nintendo earlier this year in a direct, can finally play a real Pokemon game on the Switch, and can bring every of my older Pokemon from previous games with Pokemon Home.
Hey @bbymartinI am really excited to see more information on #Microsoft really starting to support #PC with their #GamePass. Me and my friend love gaming together, however he plays PC while I enjoy playing console. GamePass was fun when Microsoft brings their first party games to both #XboxOneX and #PC with PlayAnywhere, as it gives us an opportunity to play some cross platform games together. We had a lot of fun sailing together with Sea of Thieves. I recently moved a few provinces away from my friend so we don’t get to hang out as often and #Microsoft bringing a bigger #GamePass library to #PC will definitely let us game together a lot more online.
I’m super stoked for Borderlands 3, it would be unreal to win a PS4 prize pack with all those amazing games with it and then being able to play Borderlands 3 when it releases in September! I’m really excited for this and look forward to the upcoming E3 Event!

I am really looking forward to more information on The Last of Us part 2 from Sony. The first title from naughty dog, as well as the uncharted series changed my life, and made me want to pursue performance capture as a career. It showed me how grounded and nuanced a performance through mo cap can be. And OF COURSE made me cry a lot. So I’m excited to see anything regarding the last of us part 2!
I have really enjoyed the “Zelda” games. I’m sure The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will not disappoint. Glad that Nintendo is making one for the Switch.

I look forward to hearing from Nintendo and what’s next for Legends of Zelda. Zelda games were always my favourite growing up and even now as an adult. It didn’t matter how many times I played through and collected every treasure possible, I still love the adventure. Unfortunately, I have not been able to buy a Switch so I have not returned to Hyrule for “Breath of the Wild”. Even though I have not been able to play, I still like hearing the news about what is coming next (Link’s Awakening) because it reminds me of the times I played Zelda with my brother and my friends.
Is has got to be The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening . It brings back so many good memories of playing the classic Zelda game and I can not wait for another adventure on the Nintendo Switch. Saw the introduction on youtube
I’m most excited for the Call of Duty Game by Infinity Ward. I so much enjoy playing games and the challenge that it gives me to move ahead each time I play.
I am hoping Nintendo announces more about Pokemon Sword/Shield and if there will be a Switch Animal Crossing game.
Really looking forward to seeing what an unhindered Hideo Kojima could do with Death Stranding for PS4. (Kojima Productions and Sony). It looks so weird and out there, and honestly could be anything.
Looking forward to see more of information on Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, the trailer of the game looks awesome and I am a big fan of stealth and shooter type of games
I’m most excited for The Last of Us Part two by Naughty Dog. That game holds a very special place in my heart, having a women lead and being LGBT it’s so powering. The story that naughty dog has created and the relationships between Ellie and Joel are outstanding. The first game had me in tears with in the first 10 min.
I’m hyped to see what they announce for Halo Infinite!

Looking forward to Zelda Links Awakening from Nintendo and any details on it at e3. My favourite 2D zelda game. Also have a feeling rattling in me that there will be some info on the succesor to Zelda Breath of the wild. Too soon?
I’m excited about a few things. One of them being the last of us 2, final fantasy and links awakening. These are the games and characters I grew up with and I’m very excited to see their evolution in the gaming world.
I have always been an avid fan of the Nintendo series, Animal Crossing. As a child, the Gamecube version was my first console game and it got me into the world of gaming. Which is why I was extremely excited when Nintendo released a teaser of Animal Crossing for the Switch. I am hoping that during E3, they will finalize their release date! I already have many games for the Switch, but I know that Animal Crossing will become my number 1 game.
Looking forward new announcements/updates for Final Fantasy VII Remake. Was disappointed with last year’s event since they didn’t show anything then, hopefully this time will have more.
I’m excited about Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fuelled on PS4 by Activision and Beenox.
This Crash Spinoff reminds me of my first childhood kart racing game and seeing that it is being remade by developers as devoted to the game as the fans are to the series makes my heart pound with joy! Beenox has been laying everything they’ve got for this game and I just can’t sit still until the 21st of June.
Looking forward to Halo Infinite news from Microsoft at E3 2019. I have loved playing the Halo series over the years and looking forward to sharing this new game with my son.
I’m excited about Luigi’s Mansion for the Nintendo Switch! It is one of the games I played most on my DS and when it becomes available for the Switch, I will be able to share one of my favorite past-times with my 7-year old who loves all Nintendo games.

I’m looking forward to Pokémon Sword & Shield for Nintendo Switch the most!! I’m a huge Nintendo fan and would absolutely love the chance to win a Switch and play some incredible games for it! I also can’t wait for Super Mario Maker 2, I love all Mario games as well as The Legend of Zelda so a Switch would be awesome to be able to play all these new games from my favourite franchises 🙂
