Luckily, Best Buy has a huge selection of toys and games for everyone, so whether you’re one or 100 you can relive a bit of that childhood magic. What’s more, we’re running our annual toy contest! Sphero, Anki, and Oculus make learning magical

There is a huge range of STEM and robotics toys available these days, and the best part is, they’re so much fun to use that kids will enjoy learning.

Sphero creates toys like the BOLT robotic ball to teach kids coding through a block-based visual language. Using the Sphero Edu app, you can control the Bolt’s movement and speed, as well as the colour and brightness of the built-in LED lights. Interactive toys, especially those that look like cuddly little creatures, bring the cartoon animal sidekick to life. (My personal favourites were Fizzgig from Jim Henson’s The Dark Crystal and Pegasus from Disney’s Hercules). On of the hottest toys this year are the Fingerlings Hugs by WowWee. These lovable, interactive critters can say and do over 40 things, and have extra long arms for hugging and hanging around. Hatchimals too, offer children a chance to have their own animal companion. Children can hatch a mystery animal and nurture it as it learns and grows.

  45. I have three grandchildren who are the best kids there are and who have been so caring and loving to two of their grandmothers who have been hit with Cancer. They deserve some fun in their life and I would love nothing better than to give them some toys to help in that regard. One granddaughter would like the WowWee Fingerlings HUGS Monkey Bella, the other granddaughter would like the LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Great Hall, and my grandson would like the Sphero BOLT Robotic Ball. Any of the prize packs would make their dreams come true!

  49. My son loves LEGO, more specifically, the Architecture series and the Ghostbusters Firehall set. My grandmother used to have a kitchen with all pink appliances many years ago so I would love to re-create that for my daughter with the KidKraft vintage pink kitchen…plus my favourite colour is pink so would love that for her and I:)

  50. The “New! LeapFrog LeapStart Interactive Learning System, Green, Stylus May Vary – Online Only”. I love playing with my baby girl and helping her learn. She loves trying to play on my laptop, so having a toy that she can use that is interactive, electronic, and helps with her learning would be a great thing for us. I know she would love it, especially considering how much she already loves her books ^.^
