Sphero, Anki, and Oculus make learning magical
There is a huge range of STEM and robotics toys available these days, and the best part is, they’re so much fun to use that kids will enjoy learning.

My 3-year-old daughter is really getting into imagination and dolls, so any of the KidKraft dollhouses would be amazing. I can see her making up all these different scenarios and fully enjoying each room’s theme.
Our family would love a telescope. When I was young my dad had a telescope. And every so often he would wake us up and we would all go outside and look at the stars. I remember my 3 sisters and I just loving this. I would like a telescope so my husband and I could do this with our little guy also.
Growing up I remember the things we did as a family. Still to this day, when we have the chance we pull out the cards.
My husband and I would love to continue this with our own children. They are both really young but I think that Balance of Beasts would be alot of fun. The colourful characters are very attractive and appealing to even my youngest.
I would bring my daughter the Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Servin’ Up Fun Food Truck. It combines are love of play food and vehicles. It would be great for some inside imagination during the long snowy winter.
The LEGO Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters would be an amazing addition to our household! I love LEGO, my partner loves following schematics, and our daughter thinks Slimer is hilarious.

My son is autistic and his greatest dream is to work for 4J studios coding games. He has a lot he struggles with but technology isn’t one of those things. I would love to get him the cozmo coding robot to help get him one step closer to his dream.

I believe that STEM ( science, technology, engineering, and math ) toys are incredibly important in developing children’s minds. Robotics are here and they’re here to stay, which is why the Lego EVO toy would make my 10yr old jump for joy on Xmas morning. He’s always watching Dad build/fix computer and has take a keen interest in Arduino/Raspberry Pi that i have in my possession.
A lot to pick from..my son would like drones and hoverboards and video games but I would get him a VEX IQ Robotics Construction Kit. He likes to watch robot wars on tv so I think he would love to make a robot and it’s something he wouldnt be expecting so makes it a magical Christmas, but not this year it’s not in the budget 🙁

My son is really into lego he loves the LEGO city sets the most or using his imagination and building city’s all on his own he’s not one for video games he prefers outside or building things. He wants the LEGO city Mining Experts set!
Both of my kids would love the Lego Millennium Falcon, but any Lego set would be great! That has always been the one toy that gets constantly played with, not tossed in a corner; great educational toy!

I selected the Lego Mindstorms for my grandson who is really into Lego and this would bring a big smile to his face.
I would pick the Swagtron T580 Electric Hoverboard with Bluetooth for my son. He has been asking for a hoverboard for a while and he’d would absolutely elated to find one under the tree for Christmas.

The magic of Christmas is something that is so important to me, as my kids are getting older. Family time is everything. I know the kids have been wanting the Anki Overdrive starter kit for many years. My husband often reminisces about the car tracks he had as a kid. The Oculus Go Headset looks really cool! My grandson(and Papa) would have so much fun with this! It would be totally magic to be walking on the moon, or at least feel like you are!

For my girls, Settlers of Catan with some expansions. For me, HARRY POTTER LEGO!!!!!
The lego set by far would be the best gift. And the Harry Potter ones even better for myself. My boy, 3 loves the Lego Batman, we started this week by doing the Joker Ballon Escape and even though I know he is way Young to be doing them he stayed attentive for 2 hours and even put some of the pièces together. The way I figure it is good for his dexterity and it’s fun for me and it’s a bonding thing. I would love to bring home more sets.
I’ld love to get a Bolt robotic Ball so I can teach my students about what coding is and how they can make their own programs. Of course this would just be an introduction to coding but from there I hope they would understand the magic that makes their electronics work.
I have eight grandchildren and can’t afford much on my income. I would LOVE to give each one something a little special. I think the Spero/ Anko/ Oculus would be awesome for both genders.

I would definitely have to pick LEGO as I feel this would help us understand and communicate better with our children and to teach them to use their imagination instead of sitting in front of a tv 24/7 as we grew up with LEGO I love that it’s starting to come back
