Gone are the days when your electric toothbrush had to be big and bulky. With the new Philips One by Sonicare Toothbrushes you can get your teeth sparkling clean with a toothbrush that’s both stylish and low-maintenance. Read on to find out what makes these toothbrushes so unique, then enter below for a chance to win one for yourself.

Travel-friendly, budget-friendly tooth care

The Philips One by Sonicare toothbrush line offers a way to streamline your oral hygiene routine and your bathroom countertop. Its tapered bristles and micro vibrations are a step up from a manual toothbrush, and its built-in 2-minute timer with 30-second pulse notifications help you get every last inch of your mouth sparkling clean.

Our reviewer Rae Chen noted how great the One is for sensitive teeth and gums, and said that its compact design made brushing their teeth “easier than ever.” The small size of the Philips One means that it’s comfortable to hold, and that it’ll fit into your toothbrush holder or toiletry bag with room to spare—just like a manual toothbrush. Plus, with no bulky charging base, these electric toothbrushes won’t take up any extra storage space in your bathroom or in your luggage when travelling.

Rechargeable or battery-powered?

One feature that sets the Philips One by Sonicare apart from all other Sonicare toothbrushes is that it’s offered in two different formats: rechargeable and battery-powered. Both come with a toothbrush handle, matching brush head, and ultra-slim travel case, and they’ll do an equally good job of getting your teeth nice and clean. However, Philips offers two different designs to suit different lifestyles.

The Philips One Battery Powered Toothbrush uses an AAA battery. It comes in a variety of colours: Miami Coral, Mango Yellow, Mint Blue, and Midnight Navy; and it’s great for users looking for the smallest, lightest electric toothbrush out there. You’ll need to replace the battery every 3 months, which is the same interval that your brush head will need to be replaced on.

The Philips One Rechargeable, on the other hand, runs off of a rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery. It needs to be plugged in using a convenient USB-C cable, and is available in Champagne Shimmer, Black Shadow, Sage Green, and Snow White. When it’s time to change out your brush head, remember that all of the Philips One brush heads are interchangeable—so you can mix and match! The rechargeable version is great if you already have USB-C cables in the house (for instance, to charge your phone or laptop), and it’s an easy way to cut down on waste.
