When your home has a good router, the internet is a beautiful thing. It connects us globally and gives us near infinite access to knowledge and entertainment. From messaging friends across the world to posting pictures on social media to reading books online, the internet has become central to our lives, which has in turn made a reliable internet connection a necessity. If you find your internet speed or coverage lacking, then you should consider a whole home mesh system. Today, we’re giving away four D-Link Covr Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi systems so you’ll never have to deal with dead zones or slow network speeds again.
D-Link Covr: Don’t life live without Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi has become so ubiquitous that you only notice it when you don’t have it. I’m sure many of you have let out cries of frustration when your stream cuts out or your video chat freezes—I know I have.
I live in a small apartment, and yet somehow the wall between the den and the kitchen is enough to stop my router from working to its full potential. My kitchen exists as an irritating dead zone, making it hard for me to watch recipes and/or reruns of Kitchen Nightmares (what can I say? I love Gordan Ramsay and I like to think of the show as a “what not to do” guide) while I cook. The thing about Wi-Fi is that we’re so used it, we don’t think about until it doesn’t work. The beauty of the D-link whole home mesh system is that you won’t have to think about Wi-Fi at home again, because it will just work. You won’t have to avoid certain rooms in your house or walk around with your phone awkwardly raised above your head to video chat to your relatives. And even if you don’t have dead zones, you might be tired of constant buffering or have a home full of heavy network users who game and stream in 4K. The Covr PowrZone system uses a Wi-Fi Mesh Covr Point for the the bulk of your Wi-Fi activity and has two amplifiers to cover your whole home. Reviewer Steven Hill and his family were so impressed with the PowrZone system that after Steven tested it, his family declared they needed one of their own. How’s that for an endorsement? See for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4RjDfCzdQVY&feature=youtu.be It’s clear that this system was the Wi-Fi solution Steven’s family needed in their home.
Covr: Whole Home Mesh with a difference
D-Link Covr doesn’t just make your network faster and wider, they have also created the Covr with exciting features. The Powrzone works in spaces up to 6500 sq. ft., while the 2-pack of the mesh cover points is for areas up to 6000 sq. ft. Both only require minimal set up, work with your existing router or gateway, and operate under one system with a single password and username. This makes it simple to improve your home network and forget it ever didn’t work in your kitchen, garage, or basement. And with their modern and diminutive design, you won’t be reminded of their presence every time you walk into a room. The systems also have parental controls, which is great if you are concerned about your child’s internet usage. You can even create customized profile for each child and their devices and schedule allotted screen time. I think I would  set up parental controls to stop myself from browsing the internet late into the night! The D-Link Covr whole home mesh systems are also compatible with Wi-Fi via Alexa and Google Assistant. Rebooting your Wi-Fi system, turning guest Wi-Fi on and off, and checking guest Wi-Fi credentials can be done using voice commands, rather than have to fiddle with wires, passwords, and buttons. So, with the D-Link Cover systems, you get faster internet with wider coverage, plus the ability to customize the settings with voice commands. You’ll never have to cry out in frustration at a slowly loading page or glitchy videos stream again.
WHAT YOU CAN WIN
At the end of the contest, we will select 4 winners from all eligible entries. Two winners will receive the D-Link Covr PowrZone system and two will receive the D-Link Covr 2202 system.

Would love to be able to experience this.

Internet spotty in parts of the house. Would love an upgrade- it would make watching TV better !
Not being able to save school work online
I love sitting on my deck in the summer but the wifi can be very spotty. This might make all the difference in the world to me.
Unfortunately my router is located in the front of the house and does not send signal through the walls all the way to the back or the backyard. Would be great to have wifi there as well.
Several times a year my local Parks ‘n Rec opens internet registration for their various programs. On more than one occasion my weak signal has failed leaving me out of a program for the session. Very disappointing.
was using an internet phone and then walked too far and lost my connection
Was doing group facetime last Christmas with my family all over the world, in the middle of it, lost connection and could not get back on facetime 🙂
Just video calling and moving around the house and loosing signal because the router isn’t that great. Need better range and coverage
My daughter and I both work from home, and access to the internet is vital at all times. If we have too many products using our Wi-Fi at once, the signal stops or grinds to a crawl. This is exactly what we need to make sure our work continues uninterrupted.
Trying to watch an official TSN stream and it is constantly terrible due to the Wifi.
Sometimes while streaming movies over Plex the connection would choke out and; you can’t rewind, you cant pause and wait it out, you just have to start the movie over or just give up entirely. Its the worst of all first world problems.
My husband does a weekly live podcast and the spotty wifi made the presentation stop and start (freezing & pixelated) multiple times…
I was in the middle of something for work, when one of the kids hooked into the system and dropped everything to a slow crawl. Long night for sure
Trying to watch the Green Bay Packers when the game would be buffering for half the time. We have an old (i.e. few power outlets) L-shaped house which makes setting up a good wifi system difficult.
My Xbox has been relegated to a room with a poor signal. I NEVER get to finish a game or level based on my skill. It always ends when my WiFi says it will.
I tried to play games online with a friend who just moved away and my wifi kept cutting out.
I’ve frequently lost my connection when trying to work from home.
Talking with my kids while away at work
We were trying to FaceTime with our grandchildren and kept getting ‘poor connection’ messages. We wouldn’t be able to see their faces and/or they couldn’t see ours so the whole thing was frustrating for all of us!
I need this to help stream sports outside on my back deck!
The WiFi in our back shed is sketchy. Cuts out at random times, awful when waiting for a video to load!
in the basement need wifi for celphones
Argh! I’ve got a nice comfy chair by a window in the upstairs of my house. I like to drink coffee and scroll through Twitter, but every morning I have to turn off my WiFi to get things to load. So frustrating!
I do photography work at home so I need internet to upload pictures and in the middle of uploading, the internet has dropped/cut out causing me to have to start all over
I was volunteering for a shift on FB yycpetrecovery and its important that we get people’s posts to the main wall quickly and my WIFI kept cutting in and out and it was very frustrating
So frustrating when this happens.. that’s about all I can say..then I have to log off.. don’t have the patience.
My son had skyped me once to tell me he and his girlfriend had big news. It was right then I lost connection with him. For about three minutes I was in a full mode anxiety attack thinking he had knocked her up. When we finally reconnected he told me they were moving in together. Wasn’t absolutely thrilled as they were young but it was 100% better than a baby on the way.
My spouse works from home and will have a drop every now and then which is not okay in her line of work.
When attempting to buy tickets on line and the internet kept knocking me off…so frustrating! Our wifi is horrible, this D-link Covr. Would fix this!
In the middle of an online gaming session with friends, and the Wi-Fi dropped mid-round (sorry guys).
I was entering information from work to my office and the network connection stopped working.
Haven’t had a poor wifi experience. Guess I’ve been lucky
Talking with my kids while away at work…
I used to work for the government and would often travel the world; at times I would be in areas with sketchy connections or no connection. When my grandfather passed away, my mother tried to Skype with me and the call kept being dropped and disconnected. I did not have a chance to day goodbye. It was a bit of a sad situation.
I was at my parents cottage and we couldn’t stream a big hockey game! This would fox that problem.
Wifi let me down when speaking with a family member on Skype – very frustrating
I’ve frequently lost my connection when trying to work from home.
I was let down when I was in a Skype interview. My wifi was so weak and I kept having connection issues as a result.
Our family uses YouTube combined with wireless microphones for fun-filled karaoke nights. We’ve had issues sometimes with my parent’s network connection glitching which stops videos mid-way or freezes & then we have to stop singing!
bad internet made me lose a contest and i would of won $1000 if i had good internet
The movie we were watching on Netflix kept stopping.
I have lost the connection while Skyping with my son who lives in Australia.
We had installers working in our kitchen and did not want to be hanging around when they were working, but i kept losing connection at the other end of the house, so finally i just read a book!

Trying to connect a Chromecast to a TV far away from the Wi-Fi router. It would just never connect. Move it a few feet over and it works fine. So very frustrating.
