With such a big screen, you can divide your monitor between different windows. You’re able to choose between several preset split screen options which allow you to view multiple applications at once.

And if you’re someone that has a lot of windows open at once, you’ll also love the 5:9 preview option. It shows a preview of your different windows and lets you drag and drop them into the main screen area. Essentially, you can say goodbye to minimizing and maximizing screens ad nauseum.

What’s more, is that if you connect additional monitors, you can control the monitor separately or together, letting you get the best viewing experience for every screen. So no matter whether you’re watching the newest Netflix series, playing Red Dead Redemption 2, or working on a graphic design project, this monitor has the real estate and the features to make the experience of multitasking seamless.

  1. I would love this monitor because then I could have multiple tabs open at the same time. Thanks for the opportunity!

  2. I currently have 3 tabs open. I like to watch live streams while I do email and browse the internet. I would improve productivity if I could have them all in view.

  3. Being able to have multiple spreadsheets open would make my job a lot easier. I’m usually comparing 2-3 different spreadsheets at a time.

  4. This would be great for software development. Having the code and application open side by side helps with debugging.

  5. For me it would be about having necessary tools open (excel sheets, email, etc) open while being able to see clients and have face to face time instead of hiding them behind more windows. Plus some games are going to look great! 🙂

  6. I ‘m a neat freak. This monitor defies normal laws of space by providing such an abundant screen with the least cable clutter and actually frees up a lot of desktop real estate. Kudos to LG

  7. This would be perfect for editing photos! My current laptop screen just isn’t cutting it. Thanks so much for the chance to win such a stunning monitor!

  8. I would appreciate this monitor for multi-tasking! I love watching YouTube videos while doing my emails and making lists.

  9. Well as much as I’d like to rave about using this for my invoicing and monthly accounting stuff – which would be handy to do with more screen space. I’d be more pumped about playing games on it. Work stuff is boring!

  10. Every day, I would find a new way to multitask using this awesome LG curved monitor. I would surf, listen to inspirational music, watch movies, and more! Fingers crossed.

  11. This is amazing! A 38″ screen would be absolutely perfect for people like me with limited vision that cannot be corrected with glasses. I get frustrated using a magnifying glass when using the computer and switching from screen to screen is annoying and it slows down my speed of work. With this screen, I could pop back and forth between numerous windows and I would be so much more efficient!!!

  12. My spouse could use this when working at home where another monitor would assist in emails, working on other tasks where more computer windows are necessary or when playing games.

  13. It would help me do my homework as I need multulple windows to write and do reasearch on multiple windowsat the same time. Also when I take notes on the computer having a larger screen to take notes would make it a lot easier to read as on a smaller screen it is difficult to read.

  14. I’d love to add it to my existing setup so I can search up what I need to find while I’m playing a game on another screen!

  15. This 38″ high resolution monitor will help me to multitask to in parallel do my online training, watch videos, writing short essays and online reviews. I can do all this across the same screen with several windows open at the same time.

  16. I would multitask using the LG 38WK95C UltraWide monitor to edit my photo-editing tools, while at the same time I would also in parallel engage in communication activities through my emails and social/professional networking tools. I may also use the 38″ screen to watch instructional and training videos that can be rendered in higher resolution.

  17. This would be a huge improvement for me with multitasking as I usually have a dozen tabs open simultaneously when working.
