Adding a monitor, like the many types from ASUS, to your home computing environment is the easiest way to boost productivity and make gaming more fun. Going from one monitor to two opens up even more possibilities. So consider what your life will be like if you win this three monitor set up that we are giving away in this contest.

How does adding a monitor change how your work and play

What would you do with more screen real estate? My wife and I were discussing this yesterday as I was making notes for this article. As a teacher tasked with doing online instruction for the first time in her life, she had no trouble seeing the benefits of three monitors. She’d put Zoom on one, for her video interaction during her classes, put her Google Forms assignments and quizzes on another screen, and use the 3rd screen for Microsoft Teams or email depending on which class she had at the time. Rather than flipping from one application to another on the single screen she currently uses, she would have them all right in front making her work so much easier.

Multi monitors are a gamer’s dream environment

I actually sent this contest prize to reviewer Dave Neufeld to test (that’s his photo at the top of this article!). Dave correctly points out that we are chronic multi-taskers (as my wife’s situation above supports) and having extra real estate helps a lot! But he also tested it for gaming and found that this particular set up with three amazing ASUS 27″ VG279QM TUF gaming monitors, connected using the ASUS ROG Bezel-Free Kit to give the illusion of a seamless appearance between each individual monitor is very impressive.

The winner of this contest will get all three monitors and the Bezel-Free kit! Read carefully the rest of this article so you don’t miss out on a chance to win.

How to enter

Entering this contest is easy but you can enter only once below and once on Dave’s review article. Yes that is correct you can enter twice in total. In your comment you must state how you will use the extra screen space. Will you dedicate one screen to photoshop, one to email … what will you do with three 27-inch screens in front of you!

What you can win

At the end of this contest I will draw one winner who will receive three ASUS 27″ VG279QM TUF gaming monitors and the ASUS ROG Bezel-Free Kit.

This contest runs from April 3rd until April 20th.

Remember you can enter once below this article and once below Dave review article for a total of two entries (as is usual for our contests, entering more than one comment at each location is not permitted).

  1. One monitor for email. One for slack / teams. one for chrome / my main work apps. And I would love to see how this 3-monitor setup could do at emulating an immersive VR type experience in games!

  2. One for gaming, one for streaming entertainment, and one for browsing my RSS feeds! Multi-tasking for the win!

  3. Three screens are a bit much for me, but I imagine my grandchildren would be in gaming heaven.

  4. This would help my multitasking by having email on one screen, my work database on another screen, and being able to see live updates of my work on another

  5. One screen to email/youtube, on to a virtual machine window and the third to Visual Studio.

  6. one for email, one for internet browsing (i.e. google) and one for streaming/videos (youtube/netflix)

  7. I could use the spreadsheet and answer the email simultaneously – no more flipping back and forth.

  8. I would put the monitors to good work …. spreadsheets, email, and photo editing along with a number of other applications.

  9. I could do my “work at home” emails without click back and forth to find which screen I was using.

  10. Because I’m working from home right now, this setup would be perfect for me. And make my life so much easier.

  11. I’ve used 2 screens as much as possible for years. Being able to have multiple applications visible is very convenient. I often use one screen for media, and switch it’s input to things like TV as well. It would be really nice to be able to still have two for apps and the 3rd for media. I don’t have any games that I think would really use 3 screens fully, but would be interested to try some.

  12. I would use them for playing computer games, checking social media posts, and the last for watching movies

  13. I’d love to use this set up for gaming. Otherwise 1 for email, 1 for pictures, 1 for surfing the web.

  14. I would use the screens for multiple spreadsheets, watch video, edit photos, and monitor emails.

  15. I would use one for gaming and one for dialoging with some of my opponets and regular internet needs.

  16. One screen for work related applications, second screen streaming news and the third for my personal applications such as email and social media.

  17. I would use the three screens in a variety of ways say video instructions one one, homework on another and zoom on the 3rd. Would be awesome to have the 3 screens setup together.

  18. I would be able to see personal photos on one, watch a movie on another and check my emails on a third.

  19. I would use one for gaming and one for dialoging with some of my opponets and regular internet needs.

  20. Would love to start gaming again, and with these Monitors, I might be actually good.
