Taking place after the events of Borderlands 2, Tales from the Borderlands is set on the unforgiving world of Pandora, and is full of the trademark humour and action the hit franchise is famous for. You’ll play as Rhys, a Hyperion company man with dreams of being the next Handsome Jack, and Fiona, a con artist looking to score her biggest ever swindle. Their journey will take you on a wild ride through the Borderlands universe where gangsters, bandit lords, and Vault Hunters are just some of the obstacles you’ll encounter.

There can be no denying that Ubisoft is one of the big boys now. From the Triple A to more unique and indie spirited, there seems to be no stopping them.  Whether you like to drop from roofs with hidden blades up your sleeves, drive cars really fast over an immense game world, tactical shootering, or perhaps something a little less flashy with a little more depth, Ubi brought it this year.  Compiling an impressive list to bring on stage, here’s the highlights of Ubi’s press event.

Following a supercharged E3 Expo, and a spring season filled to the brim with blockbuster games, July is comparably quieter month for video games. As such, I’ll be devoting some time to catching up on recently released games, but I also plan on checking out a few new games too. Games high on my radar this month include Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII, Monster Hunter Generations, Batman: Return to Arkham, and a few more!

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition

You can’t have a Tomb Raider party and not invite the next generation to join in the fun!  Thats what Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is all about, putting in the High Definition. One of 2013s gaming highlights, Tomb Raider was a reboot as they should be, great story, great gameplay, and bringing an old character into a new era, and now a new generation too!  For you folks with the Xbox One or Playstation 4, this tomb raiding adventure has been sharpened, honed, and nicely quaffed (it’s a hair joke, you’ll get it once you’ve read the article).
