  1. In one comment below, tell us which Sony device you would love to receive for the holidays this year and how it would make your life merrier. Go to the Sony Holiday Gift ideas page on bestbuy.ca and browse your favourite categories (for example, Cameras & Camcorders) for inspiration! 
  2. For up to three (3) additional entries, create a public post on a social media channel (one entry per channel!) telling your friends and followers that you are entering to win a Sony prize from the Best Buy Blog; Sony Contest Best Buy Canadainclude the hashtag #SONYBestBuyContest, so we can find your post, tag Sony, and include a picture of the blog contest like that shown here. Then return here and tell us in a comment below on which channel you posted it and the name of your channel (since many people use pseudonyms) so that I can check and verify your entry. You can use any social media channel (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) but the post must be public so we can verify it is there.

In total you can enter four times: once with a comment below telling us which Sony tech you would like to get this holiday season, and three times with a comment below telling us on which social media channels you posted about the contest using the hashtag #SONYBestBuyContest.

It would mean the world to me if I would be able to give my father for Christmas a brand new Sony BRVIA XR X90J TV that would be an amazing upgrade over his current Sony TV.     I would love to win a camera. Ours is old and I’m sure technology has come a very long way since then. I still don’t know how to work it correctly but I do get it to work.
    We are old school and like to print pictures to be able to keep the memories forever. People now a day use their phone to take pictures. We don’t have cell phones. I think they lose a lot of pictures too. That can be heart breaking !.

And my old TV is only 20 inches and I need a special box to pick up over the air TV. I do have high speed internet so all that cool stuff I could watch on this TV.   39. We’ve been using our same old Sony TV for 10 years now and it is literally only 480p resolution and 32 inches. My family’s never really given it much of a thought to upgrade it since we don’t really watch TV all that much. But in recent years, my siblings and I have started watching movies together from time to time and we end up watching in my room on a 4k monitor that I own. But if we had a better and bigger TV, I’m positive we would finally get to watch stuff in the living room together as a family. I even got a nice TV stand last year and hoped that soon my parents would get a better TV but they’ve never agreed to it. So, I think the Sony BRAVIA XR X90J Google smart TV would be the perfect addition to our living room this holiday. I believe it would be a great change for the atmosphere we’ve currently got in our living room.

  43. I would love to receive the Sony Alpha a6000 Mirrorless Camera with 16-50mm/55-210mm Lenses. I have always wanted to take my photography to the next level and this camera would help me do just that.
