Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Definitely hyped for borderlands 3 or Cod modern warfare i’m always looking forward to see what activisions gonna do with the franchise, also i’ve been saving up money for months to get a ps4 and still can’t afford it so this forsure would be a huge help!
I am extremely excited for borderlands 3. I have never been more excited for a release than I am for this game.
I CANNOT wait for the remake of one of my VERY first games i ever played, Zelda Link’s Awakening for the Nintendo switch, When i found out they were remaking it i had to go find my gameboy and pop that game in ! played all night ! HUGE fan of the Zelda Universe, but this one game touches the heart where it matters !!!

Super stocked for what big games will be announced this E3. Cannot wait for Marvel’s Avengers. That’s what I’m most excited for. I want that child like excitement feeling like I had when playing Marvel’s Spider-Man.
Can’t wait for Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled. Brings back so much nostalgia, as I played it all the time with my brother growing up.
Activision + Infinity Ward’s ‘ Call of Duty Modern Warefare on the PS4. I first started playing MW2 on Xbox 360 and have not missed a Call of Duty ever since. I am looking forward to its release!
So excited for the announcement of a new Simpsons game. The word on the inter webs is that’s its Hit and Run remastered. A sequel to that game would be so much better though. Original game was not made by EA, who now have the Simpsons license. Any new Simpsons game would bring back so much nostalgia.
I’ve been looking forward to the game Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red for about a decade now and it’s finally coming out; knock on wood. It’s been way too long but it looks like it might have been worth the wait. This is gonna be the first game with actual “vertical” gameplay.
I’m particularly excited by Season 2 Announcements for Apex Legends coming from Respawn Entertainment across all consoles (apart from Switch unfortunately…). I’ve been playing hundreds of hours of Apex Legends and can’t wait to continue with brand new content!
Looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077 updates from CD Project Red. Witcher 3 was great and hope to see the excellence continue.

i am most excited For the Marvel Avengers game (Square Enix). I am interested to see what kind of story line will be given and if it will be anything like the movies. I can’t wait to play it. This has me excited & can’t wait till they announce release date.

I’m really looking forward to Bethesdas Doom Eternal on the switch. From the clips we have seen so far the game looks great and who doesn’t love just getting to rip through hordes of monsters for hours.
The release I was looking forward to in 2019 was Mortal Kombat 11 by NetherRealm studios and warner brothers. I’ve been playing Mortal Kombat since ps2 days! It is the 11th instalment of Mortal Kombat a game for my preferred console the PS4 Pro. Since that release date has passed I am also really looking forward to Dreams by British Studio Media Molecule and Sony Pictures, I’ve had my eye on it for awhile and it looks quite interesting and I’d like to play! Dreams is also a game for the PS4 pro.
As always looking forward to what Nintendo is up to. Especially if it involves Zelda
Eagerly anticipating a release date for the sequel to my favourite game ever, The Last of Us. Hearing rumours it’s gonna be this year, cannot wait!!

I loved the ps3 The Last of Us so now to hear PS4 is coming out with a part 2 has me super excited! I have always loved Naughty Dog games and the story line and interaction with the characters was so much fun and immersing that I hope to win this prize package

I am really excited about the pc game DOOM eternal announced by BETHESDA and developed by ID Software. Given it’s advancements in graphics I’m looking forward to running it on my new PC and enjoying this classic franchise.

Really excited for borderlands 3 to come out from gearbox software and 2k games, it is my favourite first person shooter with their comic like graphics. One of the main reason it excites me is because it still has a cooperatives coop campaign.

Borderlands 3 for sure. I’m a bit disappointed I’ll be waiting for 2020 to play it because I’m PC only and I play all of my games through steam link to my TV but that’s the deal gearbox signed. Another classic pitchford moment I guess. Can’t expect better from him
What gaming announcement has me most excited in 2019 is Marvel Avengers game (Square Enix) since the Avengers Endgame was released I would be curious to see if they give that super hero kinda feeling. I’m so excited about a possible announcement on Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell. I have countless memories of playing splinter cell on older consoles and couldn’t imagine seeing Sam Fisher on PS4. Thanks!
I am really excited about the upcoming release of the game DOOM Eternal announced by Bethesda and developed by ID Software for PC. The graphics and mood of the game is one that i have been wanting to try for a long time. I really love the DOOM franchise because of how old it is. The 25th anniversary and all the good reviews tells me this game should not disappoint.
So excited for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on the Nintendo Switch. Love the Zelda series, this is my last game to play on my checklist. Hoping to play this game after my graduation to celebrate!

Probably Nintendo’s whole lineup! They always have great games that are simple but maintain a fun experience throughout the whole game. They make it easy to play games with friends casually and overall give a positive gaming experience
Hey I’m most excited for the Final Fantasy VII Remake! This was announced by Square Enix, and I can’t wait for it to be released. It was the first video game I played as a kid that I was completely immersed in and actually cared each of the main characters and their stories. Getting this game and a PS4 would be nostalgia on the highest most level for me, and seeing this game and characters in 4k HD would always be how I imagined it growing up.
I’m excited for the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare coming out in October by Activision. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was my first experience with console gaming on the PS3 and it brings back a lot of nostalgia even today. The fact that Activision is bringing the Call of Duty series back to its roots makes me very excited!
For sure Borderlands 3. I don’t have a next gen console so this would give me a platform to play it on. Thanks!
The most exciting thing I saw in gaming this year was the release the Xbox all digital console. I doubt it gets thought of much but what a great way to cut down on the waste associated with gaming. Cheers 🙂
I’m super excited to see more about gears of war 5 from Microsoft. I have a friend that lives a couple hours away got me into gears of war 4 when it came out back in 2016. We played countless hour of multiplayer and beat the campaign three times together. He became one of my best friends because of gears of war 4. I’m excited for gears of war 5 because I get to play with him again and make more fun memories gaming together.
It’s pretty obvious, borderlands 3 by Gearbox Software. Best sit screen couch game since the pre 343 halo Era!

After seeing the Death Stranding trailer from Sony, it looks sooooo crazy good! The whole concept of death and being able to cross into some sort of death realm that can also enter back into our living world (if I’m even correct about that). I’ve never really played many Hideo Kojima games so I’m pretty excited to start it off with this one. I’m definitely excited to pick up that game on launch day through Best Buy!!

I can’t wait to fire up my PS4 to play Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order by Respawn and EA. I’ve loved Star Wars as a long as I can remember and I’m looking forward to a good, story driven experience.
I’m a big fan of Mortal Kombat games. Announcement of MK 11 was so crazy this year! I think it might be the best one so far! Even though Sony is not going to preset at this E3 I’m still very excited to see what they will release to public online!
The Gaming announcement that has me most excited is Gears of War 5. Announced by the Coalition. This announcement is a little bit special than others because ive been a fan of this game series since the very start around 2006. Its been a long journey and like many others ive grown emotionally attached to most these characters. Fell in love with the stories in the game, the beautiful design of the game itself is a spectacle and the people behind the game are amazing. Ive had so many great memories playing co-op online with my cousins and friends. Endless and sleepless nights playing multiplayer. Im so excited to see what this new Gears has to offer and i know i wont be disappointed.
I am so excited for any potential news on Dying Light 2. I’ve spent nearly 500 hours on the first one and would love for the second to be as great. Also I love to see anything from Bethesda.
Last of us pt2 got me hyped af!
