I am really excited for AMD’s Navi GPU announcement as Navi’s architecture will be in the forthcoming Xbox and Playstation :).
The announcement that got me the most excited was the one made by Bethesda (FINALLY) Announcing that the new Elder Scrolls is being made. Elder scrolls online isn’t my type of game, but I have been obsessed with the series since Morrowind. Even though both have been out for quite some time, I spent a lot of gaming time playing Oblivion (yes, still) and Skyrim. The title of the game is still not released yet so we will just call it Elder Scrolls 6 for now. I know That elder scrolls 6 was finally made known to public that Bethesda was working on it at last years E3, but hey I get excited about it all the time. It’s my favourite game for Xbox and I can’t wait until number 6 drops!
Square Enix announced a Marvel Avengers game! I’m really excited to see what will come out of this as I am a huge Avengers fan and I like Square Enix as a company. I’ve grown up with superheroes stories and the final fantasy games 🙂
Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII remake!
It’s a game I’ve played when I was a kid (and I’m hoping it will turnaround the bad taste I have from FFXV’s cancelled dlcs).
I’m looking forward to Borderlands 3 by Gearbox Studios in 2019. The first two main games were generally unique in their gaming climate, and I’m interested in seeing how Gearbox adjusts to the current saturation of loot-driven studios.
I’m looking forward to CD projekt red cyberpunk 2077.
One of the announcements I’m most excited about in 2019 is Google’s Stadia! Take the biggest name in tech promising great performance on any screen through cloud gaming and you’ve got the biggest news of the year!
Death Stranding by Kojima Productions and released by PlayStation. Hideo Kojima is most probably the most brilliant and creative game developer and story teller in the industry. Metal Gear is my favourite game series of all time. It’s brilliant in every way. After the disappointment of the cancellation of Silent Hills fans have been waiting for his next masterpiece. Our wait won’t be too long now. November 8th is just around the corner.
I am most excited about the announcement for The Last of Us 2. Don’t remember the manufacturer, but I have beaten The Last of Us and I really want the sequel.
Nintendo announced a new Animal Crossing game for the Nintendo Switch that I can’t wait to get back into a full version of playing and collecting the mobile phone game was fun for awhile but couldn’t keep my interest but I spent so many hours in Animal Crossing: New Leaf and I’m excited to have another experience just as great.
Bethesda’s announcement of new details of the new Skyrim sequel has me most intrigued. I still think it is one of the best games ever made.
I am most excited for what Microsoft is doing for gaming and those of us that love games. Sure, they came out headed up by the wrong mindset on XB1 at first, however since Phil Spencer stepped up everything has changed and we are now seeing Microsoft bringing some great ideas that grow gaming. I love that they brought out a well thought out controller to help people who may not be able to use the standard offerings, I love that they are expanding their business model to not be so outdated and stuck to the moronic idea of console wars, I love seeing what they have to offer next and hope that what they offer may help gaming not just thrive but also continue to grow and evolve in positive ways…okay, that’s a lot of love, so I truly hate that they didn’t give the Kinect for XB1 a fair shot, it truly is a great piece of equipment that they sank by giving us the 360 Kinect (should never have been the first in our hands) and then forcing the Kinect in a bundle. Anyone who truly tried the Kinect will know what I mean, but many others in gaming just like to hate things without truly trying them.
I’ve been on this earth for 42 years and gaming many of them, so I love games and I love playing them on any system that has them, therefore any company that keeps that growing and alive I’m on board with. It’s also why I love Nintendo, sure you may not get why they make some choices, but they are always sincerely trying. I do want Sony to surprise me for once and offer more than just a more powerful system and an insane marketing budget to sell things to the easily sold…I mean, their own system can’t operate their exclusive games well, by which I mean my Pro was louder than my 7.1 surround system while playing God of War, if I remember so did Spider-Man more often than not.
I guess my favourite announcement is simply that Microsoft is fully putting all they have into their Xbox division, Nintendo is still doing what Nintendo does, and Sony seems to thankfully and finally taking a step back and trying to figure their s$%t out, and hopefully they truly do. Bring on E3 2019! 🙂
Most excited for the new playstation console launch and anything new coming out on switch – especially a new Zelda!
I’m super excited about the release of Pokémon sword and shield from Nintendo. Pokémon red was the first game that my parents had bought me when I was young, so it’s the nostalgia that keeps me excited about the new releases.
I am so excited for the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Links awakening by Nintendo. I have been a die hard Zelda fan since the beginning and have really enjoyed the Nintendo Switch!
No doubt the most hype game for me would be Pokémon sword and shield. I’ve always played the Pokémon games on the nintendo 3DS but times are changing and the new gen Pokémon games are evolving and with it the hardware needed to play them. I’m excited to see them utilize the switch even more so than they did in their last Pokémon release but not excited for what it might do to my wallet.
One of the series – Borderlands – is totally stepping up their franchise with borderlands 3! Great game and it’s just getting better!
I am excited about the launch of the ps5 by Sony this is because I always wanted a ps4 and now the prices might drop so I can buy myself one and in the future even get a ps5.
I’m excited for cyberpunk 2077 from CD project red. I’m excited since the Witcher was amazing and cyberpunk looks really promising so far!
I’m excited for the new modern warfare reboot. It’s great that the map packs will be free now. And cross platform play will be awesome.
I’m here just for the freebies
I’m really looking forward to hearing more about Death Stranding. The previews and trailers have been awesome so far but still confusing a lot of people. It might turn out to be one of the most original games of the year. I’m am XBOX guy but I might just get a PlayStation just to experience this game.
The gaming announcement that I am most excited for in 2019 is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the Nintendo Switch Console in 2019. This announcement is so important to me because I love playing games in The Legend of Zelda video game series, and the Nintendo Switch Console is awesome.
I’m excited for The Last of us 2 being developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony interactive entertainment. Announced by Naughty Dog to come out this year but delayed for the year of 2020. I have played the first last of us over and over again, I cannot wait to play the second one, this is why I’m extremely excited!
I am most excited about a game release: Super Mario Maker 2 by Nintendo.
I had to have a reconstructive surgery on my hip a couple of summers ago, at 24 it was devastating to know I’m working on borrowed time for my mobility, but I’m blessed to still be up and about; during this time video games became so much more important and held such significance in making it through. I started to participate in the Live-Streaming industry as a watcher, sometimes broadcaster, Mario Maker is the community that truly made me feel at home, made me feel useful again.
Unfortunately I was never able to afford a Wii U to actively engage in the original game so the announcement that we will be getting a SMM2 on switch, so quickly, has me counting down the days to release (something I havent done for a game in a while). I was gifted a Switch in recovery so I could use it in the medical bed, and it’s been one of the most incredible, most fun systems I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. I think SMM2 is going to be an incredible amount of fun, and I’m so very excited to finally get the chance to truly interact with the people who so profoundly effected my life; the creations and creativity of people will never cease to amaze me, and SMM2 is a wonderful microcosm of this skill.
I am most excited to hear about Doom Eternal at E3 2019. The first shooter I ever played was id’s Castle Wolfenstein on Windows 3.1 and my grandmother’s house and I have been a huge fan of the genre ever since. I love the original Doom games because of the immense impact they had on the FPS genre, from mechanics and game design to soundtrack and aesthetic, and Doom 2016 was an amazing game.
It was smart, beautifully crafted, and tense throughout. As well, it’s one of the only games in recent years that I have gone out of my way to replay immediately and complete 100% all the content. I cannot wait to see what id brings for Doom Eternal, the latest instalment in one of gaming’s most important franchises!
Definitely excited for Pokémon Sword and Shield from Nintendo, can’t wait for the next generation.
I am most excited that Sony and Hideo Kojima have finally announced the release date of his long-awaited Death Stranding 4 on 8 November! This is going to be one of the biggest games ever and I can’t wait to experience it and all the crazy it brings!
For this year’s E3, I’m most excited for Death Stranding for the Playstation 4, done by Hideo Kojima and his studio, Kojima Productions. The reason being that this will be a sincere game changer due to the mind bending concepts, emotion, and surrealistic nature of it, also because ever since he was hurt from Konami, I feel like it’s my duty to support a creative, innovative, and imaginative genius that shouldn’t be taken advantage of.
I’m super excited for the new Xbox game pass announcements!
I am most excited about the fact that Sony has finally announced the release date of Hideo Kojima’s long-awaited Death Stranding on November 8th on PS4. This has been a long time coming and the game looks like it will be amazing and just as crazy as expected. This will likely be the biggest game launch ever!
I’m most excited for more details on Wolfenstein: Youngblood from Bethesda! It’s a new generation of kicking Nazi butt with style! Double trouble!
Shenmue 3 coming out on PS$ by Sony. Excited to see what this new game will have in store!
I am most excited for a possible Metroid Prime 4 update from Retro Studios, for Nintendo Switch. We’ve been in the dark too long, and the previous games were too good for this to be a no show again this year!
I’m super hyped for Super Mario Maker 2 by Nintendo. This was something that people weren’t sure was ever coming to the switch and then when it was announced, the content they are packing in is blowing my expectations our of the water. I’m particularly excited because I never had a Wii U and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to ever own a Super Mario Maker game.
I’m excited for more information on the new Halo game. I have been a long time Halo fan and enjoyed the series from bungie to 343 and Microsoft.
The new Call Of Duty Modern Warfare looks like an interesting reboot with old and beloved characters that im glad to play with again. Really looking forward to it!
Pokemon Sword & Shield from nintento. (nintendo switch) I remember younger playing it on the GBA , then tried let’s go but was disappointed so I cant wait to see more about this release.
I’m excited to see the next iteration of the Halo franchise, and if they’ll go back to the roots.
Pokémon sword and shield for Nintendo Switch seems amazing. There’s an open world to explore and I can’t wait to be able to play it on a console!
I am most excited in 2019 for the announcements of the Xbox(Scarlet) by Microsoft and the PS5 by Sony and how they will match up against each other, since I was a kid I have always enjoyed the gaming consoles but the last few years have enjoyed the Xbox the most, I want to thank E3 for making these announcements and to show us what`s up and coming for us to nerd out on for hours, and to all the makers and workers for investing and building these exciting machines without you guys there wouldn`t be a gaming console for us to have hours of fun on so thank you for the awesomeness and can`t wait to geek out for hours once these machines become available. if it wasn`t for these gaming consoles I would of been out robbing and what ever else because of being broke but now you can make some serious money on these consoles as long as you do things rite and keep on making ways to make your money by getting your vids on YouTube and joining gaming tournament’s and what ever other way you can make $ with all the opportunities available at your finger tips now a days due to social media and a person`s imagination.. so thank you Microsoft and Sony
Looking forward to more info being released about Cyberpunk 2077 from CDPROJEKTRED after they announced that they’ll be in the public space at E3 this year. This title has the potential to change what we expect in this space going forward.
I am most excited for the new Pokémon Sword and Shield releasing in late 2019 for the Nintendo switch! I’ve been playing Pokémon all my life and it is amazing that this game will be on a console.
I’m most excited for Death Stranding by Kojima Productions. I love how realistic the characters look, such as Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen. Being that it is a game created by Hideo Kojima guarantees it will be interesting and unique!
I’m most excited to hear about the game Pokemon Sword & Shield on the Nintendo Switch. Growing up, I loved Pokemon; I’ve always wanted a full-fledged Pokemon game on console. It’s literally a dream come true. This is the one game that’s finally going to make me buy a Nintendo Switch!
Sony PS5 News – release date, console info, etc. Been a PS buyer since PS2 so will be eager to hear what’s in store
I’m looking forward to hearing more about Ori and the will of the wisps because the first game was one of my favorite Metroidvania games in the last few years. Going to play it on pc
I’m excited for Activision’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare because the original Modern Warfare games is what got me into Call of Duty in the first place
I’m really looking forward to Super Mario Maker 2 and Luigi’s Mansion 3, both from Nintendo for the Switch. I grew up with the original NES System and have enjoyed many iterations of the Mario games with my mom. Can’t wait to try these ones with her as well. A bit of nostalgia, and something new.
Excited for Sqaure Enix! Hopefully theres some news about Xenoblade Chronicles
