Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. I’m interested in the new game Modern Warfare from Infinity Ward for Xbox because it is going to have the ability for PC players to play against console players. It’ll be fun to see how that plays out.
I am excited for the new Avengers game
I’m hyped for a new Animal Crossing game by Nintendo! I’m currently replaying the 3DS version to get myself pumped for the next entry in the series and I’m loving the warm feeling of making friends in a new town.

I’m looking forward to the Final Fantasy VII Remake video game announced by Square Enix ! It’s been a long time since its first reveal at E3 2015 (4 years ago)! I’ve been wanting to play Cloud Strife since the animated movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (movie released around 2006, so I’ve been waiting for 13 years). This movie reinforced that I wanted to play his character and use that sick sword. I’ve been craving a next-gen version to do it justice (smash bros doesn’t quite cut it). Can’t wait to see what Square Enix’s E3 broadcast has in store!
I’m still most excited about Psyonix announcement that they are joining Epic and the impact this will have on the future of Rocket League.
I’m most excited for the release of Animal crossing on switch. The last time I played animal crossing was in elementary school and I remembered the game was really fun and enjoyable, lots of content to explore. I really enjoy games involving player’s agency and collecting all the content in the game. I will be looking forward to the release.
Halo infinite for the Xbox. The must have series for the Xbox. On the switch…. Pokémon sword and shield.
I am most excited about level 5’s Yo kai watch 4 coming to 2019, around in June. Too bad no NA release date yet.
I am looking forward to the next new and advanced gaming system to be released by Sony. Tech radar has reported that Sony is working on the Playstation 5. Can’t wait to immerse myself into thr next generation of newly engineered graphics of the PS5 and the games that will be released with it.
I’m most excited for Cyberpunk 2077. I love all most games that are 3rd person but this one being mostly 1st person interests me. This game looks so stunning and visually pleasing I can’t wait for the day it comes out to finally be able to play it.
I’m most excited to hear about the new Modern Warfare by Call if Duty along with the new generation Microsoft Xbox! I’m hoping the new COD will bring me back to my childhood!

I’m super excited for the new pokemon sword/shield on Nintendo switch. I loved what they did with Let’s Go pikachu/eevee and can’t wait to see where they go with the main game.
Super hyped for cyberpunk 20077 on pc and Links awakening on the Nintendo Switch! I absolutely cant wait to get engrossed in both of these games. I grew up with Zelda games and CD Projekt Red just produces my favorite rpg’s.

The Gaming announcement that is going to make me most excited in 2019 is Pokemon Sword & Shield because I love Pokemon and after seeing the trailer, I’m so hype to see what this Pokemon Game has in store for us. The title of the Game is Pokemon Sword & Shield and the manufacturer is Game Freak. This announcement is so important for me because as a kid watching Pokemon growing up, I have never have play any of the Pokemon Games but this time around is going to be different
I’m really excited for the Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake from Nintendo! At the time, I was amazed to get a full blown Zelda game on Gameboy. Can’t wait to see it and play it with today’s graphics!
I’m most excited for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the Nintendo switch. My dad and me used to play all the Zelda games together. Now that he is gone playing games reminds me of him.

E3 always has me super pumped and I’m having such a hard time choosing just one thing that I’m most excited for. While I’m really looking forward to Microsoft’s announcement of the Xbox 2 console (it’s about time I upgrade my gaming console), I think I’m a little more excited for Nintendo’s announcement of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening game for Nintendo Switch. This series has been one of my favourites for as long as I can remember and I loved playing (and watching my dad play) every single game. My dad introduced me to this series and I have such great memories of it. The Legend of Zelda series is one of the reasons why I love gaming and I can’t wait to see what this new reboot has to offer!

I remember seeing the Avengers Project teaser trailer back in 2017 and it’s been fairly silent since. I have high hopes for this game since I really enjoyed the Tomb Raider series reboot by Square Enix, Crystal Dynamics & Eidos Montréal. And I trust Marvel’s decisions especially after their successful partnership with Insomniac. Hopefully it’s openworld, 60FPS wouldn’t be too bad either!
Gears of War 5 – All the previous games were great and each one improved upon the last as well. I’m looking forward to see what’s planned for the latest one.
I’m super excited for Fire Emblem Three Houses on the Nintendo Switch! The home console Fire Emblem games have always been my favorite, more than the handheld versions. I’ve played through the previous 2 home console entries half a dozen times each, and can’t wait to play another one!
Gears of War 5 – all the previous games were really well made and each one better than the previous. I’m really looking forward to seeing will happen in the newest one and the release date.
I’m excited about this new Star Wars game made by Respawn Entertainement, Star Wars: Jedi – Fallen Order. They’ve made some pretty good games (Titanfall/Apex Legends) so I think it’s safe to say they’re not going to disappoint.
I’m most excited for Halo Infinite on the Xbox One, announced by Microsoft and 343 Industries last year and I can’t wait to hear more about it at this E3. I’m also hyped to hear about the next gen Xbox.

I’m super excited to hear and see more about Final Fantasy VII remake by Square Enix. I’ve been a huge fan of the series since I was kid and was so excited when they announced it in 2014. Been waiting for more since and I think this is the year.
Excited to see what exclusive’s Sony has in store for the Playstation, although I’ll probably have to pick up a Pro model soon. Also very excited for the new Modern Warfare, so many great memories playing MW 1, 2 and 3 when I was younger.
I’m excited for Atari VCS… it will be Interesting to here about the specs
I am most excited for Ubisoft’s Beyond Good and Evil 2. The original was a criminally underrated game, and I still can’t believe that it is getting a sequel. There aren’t a lot of games I feel the need to purchase day 1, but this one makes the list. I can’t wait to see how it looks in HDR on the Xbox One X!
Being a bit of a tech nerd I’m very excited about the new architecture that AMD is going to further delve into with their newest chipsets. Plus the fact that these new chips will be driving the next gen consoles will give us a bit of a sneak peak about their capabilities.
I’m looking forward to any announcement by CD Projekt RED about Cyberpunk 2077. It look like so much fun, and I’m hoping we get a release date for the game.
