Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Alternatively, it may be a recently released game that was demoed at last year’s show. This may be the year when you discover something new that quickly becomes a new favourite. Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is the most exciting announcement as it as an unexpected sequel to one of the greatest RPGs of all time.
Anything Microsoft related I really enjoy, I was most likely excited for Borderlands 3 really love the series. Best console announcement would have to be PlayStation 5.

I’m most excited for the presentation for The Last of Us: Part 2 by Sony/Naughty Dog. The first Last of Us game is my favourite single player experience so far and I can’t wait to see where they go with the story after that amazing ending. Hope it gets a 2019 release date!
the Sony PlayStation 5 announcement has me very excited. I have no idea what they’ll do to make it better than the 4th, but I bet it’ll be amazing. their game quality is fantastic and I’ve always wanted one.

I’m looking forward to the newly announced Call Of Duty Modern Warfare because of the great graphics of the remake and the good story it had.

Announcement of the next gen consoles by both Sony & Microsoft for the PS5 & the next Xbox. The future of console gaming is looking great!! I’m really hoping to finally here something about Splinter Cell from Ubisoft – We need Sam Fisher to come back!! But the one I’m most excited about is 343 Industries – Halo Infinite. No explanation on this is needed 🙂

I’m most excited for the Sony’s ps5 announcement. First console I ever played on was the ps1 when I was around 4 with games like Spyro and crash bandicoot. I’ve never switched from PlayStation because it never disappoints!!! I’ve seen all the specs for the ps5 and I think it’s going to be mental how much of a powerhouse this console is going to be!!!!!
I really liked Sony’s early announcement of the PS5. I’m glad to see that console gaming will not die despite the rise of cloud gaming.

I’m super-excited about Nintendo’s announcement that the Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is releasing for the Nintendo Switch! I can’t wait to play that with my kids! We’re all huge Zelda fans, but never got a chance to play that game when it was originally released. It looks like a heck of a lot of fun.
Definitely the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. This will give gamers the opportunity to see more of the expanded Star Wars Universe and it has a story mode!!!!! Can’t wait to play it!!
I love playing Fortnite and Apex Legends with my dad, so I can’t wait to see if anything new is coming. Oh and sometimes, I even let him win! Lol

Gearbox showing Borderlands 3 after waiting since 2012 because Borderlands 2 might be my favourite game of all time. I think they’ll hit the nail on the head and I’m psyched to see gameplay and even more for September 13th when the game drops!
I am so much excited about the Mortal Kombat 11 game and i am eager to play it in a xbox one x console. I have played the previous version of mortal kombat very much in my friends xbox one s console. But i definitely want xbox one and mortal kombat 11 so i can just sit and enjoy it very much as gaming is life. I love gaming and xbox consoles.
I am excited for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled by Beenox and announced by Activision. Brings back so many memories of my childhood playing these games!

Really excited to hear more about Breakpoint. Wildlands was really enjoyable, so much so, I played on PS4 and PC. Looking forward to seeing how they’re improving on those game mechanics in breakpoint.
The announcement of the Playstation 5 by Sony. Interesting to see what they bring to the table. I really got back into gaming with the release of the original PlayStation console and Tomb Raider 1, then PlayStation 2 and Gran Turismo. I have since switched to PC gaming but the new consoles and graphics capabilities are making me take a good look at them again.
Super Mario Maker 2 for the Nintendo Switch because my kids like to build their own levels!

Honestly, I’m looking forward to hearing more talk of the, “Play Anywhere” feature that Xbox/Microsoft opened our minds up to recently. Being able to have ACCESS is what it’s all about right? I mean imagine, your on the way to work, on a trip, in a hotel room, waiting in the car and having accessibility to play your Purchased games on any device! Talk about innovation…. I never would have thought that would be possible when I opened up my very first console, (NES Classic) one Christmas. It blows my mind what my daughter, wife and I can play together and we look very much forward to all the news to come out of E3! It’s a bucket list trip for me to sometime be there live, for now, catching the streams and news updates as they roll in.

Looking forward to seeing more of the Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake from Nintendo. The Zelda series has been near and dear to my heart for my entire life and has helped me through my darkest moments. Just looking forward to Nintendo’s showing this year in general. Expecting great things.

I’d like to hear more about Ghost of Tsushima on the SONY PS4, by developer SUCKER PUNCH but SONY is skipping E3 this year.
So from this event I hope to hear more about NINTENDO’s The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for the SWITCH. Been a fan of the franchise since growing up in the 80’s with my NES and now like to share the IP with my little ones and make more gaming memories!
Death Stranding for PS4 hands down. Hideo Kojima is a mad genius and has the most creative mind in gaming.
