Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. I’ve been playing Pokemon since before I could read, so it holds a really special place in my heart. Therefore I’m most excited about pokemon sword and shield announced by Nintendo and game freak !
The game I’m most excited for is Pokémon sword and shield for the Nintendo switch. Being a single parent has been tiresome at times but I always know when there’s a new Pokémon game coming out my 10 year old son an I will have plenty to talk about. This year we both have our own switches and I’m super excited for some father son couch time. I think he’s gonna get shield so that means I’ll have sword. I was blown away by the presentation. Pokémon shield an sword look amazing. Can’t wait
My family have always bought every Nintendo consoles that came out. Now that I am an adult (and do not have any money haha), I am still waiting for the right moment to buy a Switch! I think I will have no choice to buy it when Pokemon Sword and Shield will come out. Been a fan since my 7th birthday, when I got Pokemon Yellow with a matching yellow gameboy color. So excited to see what they reveal at E3!

I am most excited for Mario Maker 2 and DQB 2. I never got a chance to play the first Mario Maker and am very excited for the release. DQB2 is coming with new co-op features! I just love Nintendo for having more and more family time options.
I’m most excited for Far Cry New Dawn by Ubisoft. I’ve always been a fan of Far cry franchise and I’ve played all of it except for new dawn.
Halo: Infinite by Microsoft/343 games. Halo has been one of my earliest memories of playing on a console and would love to get my hands on the newest entry!
I would have been most excited for Last of Us 2 had Sony decided to attend E3, it’s been a while since I’ve had a game peak my interest but this follow up to Naughty Dogs original is on my highly touted list.
Im very excited about the new game of Activision( Modern Warfare) because the game can bring a lot of nostalgia and also be the better of Call of Duty on Xbox One. I hope that I can win because I want to see my family happy and have fun for my last summer!!! Good luck everybody!!!!!
I’m most excited about Gears 5 by The Coalition because gears of war has always been my favourite game to sit down and forget about everything else. Even when I was “too young” to be playing, I was grinding and playing to be the best. Gears 4 did a great job bringing the game back and I can’t wait to hop on Gears 5 once it is released.
I am very excited for the final fantasy VII remake from Square Enix for the ps4. This game was my favourite RPG growing up and I have been waiting for years to be able to play it again with an updated look and play style after spending so many hours on the original.
I am most excited to see more of the game Cyberpunk 2077. It’s a multiplatform game that is coming to PS4, XBox, and PC. CD Poject Red’s last game is one of the best games ever made in The Witcher 3, and I can’t wait to see what new stories they have to tell.
Really I’m just excited to see what Nintendo announces. I’ve grown up playing their consoles and I always have fun with their games. I’m particularly excited for any news on Animal Crossing for the switch.
Just one announcement? So many to get excited for like a kid in a candy store! For this round I’m craving some Zombie action with Techland’s upcoming title Dying Light 2. Could really use some survival exercise to get the blood flowing. Looking forward to the progress they made with the game!
I am most excited for more news about gears of war 5! It’s developed by the coalition for Microsofts Xbox consoles. I’ve been a huge fan of the franchise since gears one on the 360 and I can’t wait to see what the coalition has worked up for us. I loveeeeed gears 4 and the multiplayer
FF7R being shown at E3 this year by Square Enix. This was the first ‘real’ game of my childhood and having the opportunity to see it and experience it in a new way soon is so exciting.

Most excited to see if there’s going to be anymore trailers/gameplay of The last of us part 2. That game is my ALL time favourite. Been a PlayStation gamer since I was like 8 or 9, my dad got me hooked. Anything about the undead has been my favourite as well. The storyline is just amazing, always something new and it’s so fun to play again and again. This announcement is most important to me because I genuinely love this game. Sony PlayStation 5 console announcement has me most excited! Sony announced that it will be guaranteed to be backwards compatible with the PS4 and will have the specs that rival PC gaming. I still remember getting my PS4 day 1 from bestbuy and not having the most amazing game selection. This time will be different!

The gaming announcement from 2019 that is the most exciting is the release of Borderlands 3 from Gearbox. Borderlands in a series that my girlfriend and I play together with borderlands 2 being the first game we ever played together and completed together. We’re so excited for the release of this game.

I’m most excited for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint by Ubisoft for Xbox One. My dad and I have spent many hours playing Ghost Recon Wildlands and Breakpoint looks like it will be just as good so it will be great to play more co-op with him.
I am most excited for Metriod Prime 4 on the Nintendo Switch. The Metriod series has always been one of my favorites. I can’t wait for the new Metroid or a Metroid Prime Trilogy remaster for the Switch.
I’m most excited to play Pokémon Sword and Pokémon shield being developed by Game Freak and published on the Nintendo Switch. I’m a huge fan of Pokémon ever since I was growing up and I am ready for the return of a mainframe entry to the franchise on Nintendo’s newest console.
