Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. I’m excited for COD: Modern Warfare that was recently announced from Activision. I’ve boughten every cod game since the original Xbox: big red one and cod:3. This one looks promising as they’ll have co-op campaign mode and cross play between Xbox, PS, and PC. Would be nice to win and upgrade to the Xbox One X to play all my favourite exclusives.
Can’t wait for PS5 announcement from Sony.
I’m most excited for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, by Infinity Ward and Activision
We’re finally seeing a cosmic shift to a more grounded and realistic take on warfare, better fitting a 2019 audience. It’s the first time we’ll be playing what will feel like a brand new experience in the CoD franchise, and I can’t wait!
I am hoping Sega will share more information on Shenmue 3 for PS4. I have been waiting for this game for almost 20 years.

My girlfriend has been wanting a Nintendo switch ever since the initial release date. But due to her commitment to her studies she has put all her money towards school and being able to provide herself. This contest would be an amazing gift for her if we were to win.
Ubisoft is unveiling new things at E3! A bunch of new things for Rainbow six, and amazing game that I play with my friends, it’s got us all so pumped! Can’t wait!

Call of Duty; Modern Warfare, announced by Activision
The announcement of Super Mario Maker 2 was the biggest reveal of the year for me. I missed out on the first Mario Maker because I didn’t have a Wii U but I am thrilled that I have a Switch to play the sequel. I’m also excited by all the new features that they have added.
I’m incredibly anticipating more information about Star Wars Fallen Order by Respawn and published by EA. Star Wars has always been a pivotal part of my life, ever since seeing the ’97 re-release of The Empire Strikes Back in theatres with my grandfather. Star Wars may not please me as cerebrally as Star Trek does now, but every Star Wars product that is released takes me back to being that 6 year old and witnessing it for the first time. I have my reserves based on how EA has previously treated Star Wars games, most of them being unmitigated disasters; however, Respawn has done a phenomenal job with Apex Legends and I have high hopes for the game. I really hope that it introduces some compelling lore to the Star Wars EU.
Death stranding, that just got announced by SONY, is by far the most exciting game I’ve ever seen. It looks like a movie like experience mixed with a realistic gameplay. A post apocalyptic world, great actors…. I’m simply impressed by the trailer…. The last Hideo Kojima games that I played were on the PS2 and I remember loving them. I have been an Xbox player for quite a few years now and that this game is announced, I’m tempted to get a PLAYSTATION 4.
Im looking for the new Call of duty : Modern Warfare because for me its the best FPS and im excited to see how the new campaign is going to be and the multiplayer .I can’t wait to play on ground call of duty without being too futuristic. They told us it was going to be something different soo im ready for the difference
I’m excited for the new Modern Warfare. Infinity Ward appears to be going back to its roots which made it so good in the past. The first Modern Warfare was one of my favourite games of all time so I’m hoping they can replicate it with the new one.

Kingdom Hearts 3 for Xbox – love getting immersed in the Disney story lines.
This year at E3 there are two announcements that have me the most excited. First is the Pokémon Sword and Shield game for the Nintendo Switch and secondly the Final Fantasy VII remake for the Sony PlayStation 4. Both these announcements have me excited because I love the nostalgia of playing old games that have been updated on newer platforms with modern mechanics and updated graphics and systems. Both games bring me back to my childhood and there’s not many greater feelings than the excitement of playing a fresh game that makes you feel young again. In that respect any information on these games and anything on Nintendo or Sony is welcome news in my opinion!
I am most excited for Cyberpunk: 2077 from CD-Projekt Red! I have been looking forward to this game since it was announced in 2012 and after playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (my favorite game experience ever) I am only more excited for this title. I believe it will be a revolutionary gaming experience!
It will be interesting to see what the Avengers game by Square Enix is all about, especially after all the hype of the hugely successful Avengers: Endgame.

PlayStation 5
The Jan 8 announcement by BioWare (owned by EA) is not going to be topped by anything in E3 in my opinion. Dragon Age 4 is the latest in a series of great games. The company was founded on Baulders Gate which they changed to Dragon Age. Although they do other games (Mass Effect being one of the more notable), the Dragon Age series is easily one of the best RPG franchises ever created. I can’t wait for the game.

I’m still hoping that rumours about Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic reboot are true, I love the Old Republic era and have lost countless days/weeks/months playing and delving in games such as Star Wars Jedi Knight, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (1 and 2) and Star Wars the Force Unleashed (again 1 and 2). That said, I’m not an exclusive Star Wars gaming nerd, I love other games like The Last of Us (can’t wait for number 2) Far Cry 4/5/New Dawn, and ANY Assassins Creed…I love them ALL!
I am really looking forward to hearing more information from Square Enix about Final Fantasy 7 remake. One of my favorite games growing up and this one looks like it’ll be just as fun as the original. Also all the news from Nintendo will be awesome!
I’m most excited about hearing and seeing more about Cyberpunk: 2077 by CD Projekt Red. The game looks amazing and CDPR is also my favourite game developer! Can’t wait for some new gameplay and info on the game and possibly a release date. Bring on E3!

I am very excited to hear about the new Microsoft Xbox system that’s coming out!!!!!
This year for E3’s 2019 gaming announcement that has me the most excited is Microsoft’s next-generation console teaser and information about Project xCloud. This is important to me because i’ve been playing the Xbox console since 2004 playing Fable and Halo 2, seeing the console’s progression getting more advanced makes me want to see what new and innovative technology they have to offer. With Project xCloud i’m hoping to see a fast saving/instantaneous system to cut the download time and for a reasonable price. Hopefully this E3 is the best yet!

I’m excited for Death Stranding by Kojima Productions, a PlayStation exclusive. I’m excited because all the teaser trailers for this game had me intrigued even though I am still unsure what to expect from the game! This game allowed Hideo the freedom to express a unique story that makes PlayStation the Best Place to Play! Additionally, I am a fan of adventure/story/thriller games so this is right up my alley!
I do not follow all the newest games etc that are released but I am interested in the new PS5 and what it will look like and perform like

Luigi’s Mansion 3 from Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. I’m a big fan of Luigi and hearing about the 3rd game in the series was so exciting!

Excited for The Last of Us 2. The first game was so amazing, I can’t wait to see how they’re going to progress Ellie’s story, and what’s happened since the first game.
I’m most looking forward to Nintendo’s Animal Crossing for the Nintendo Switch! My brother and I would spend hours together playing the original GameCube version. I’m also a big fan of the handheld versions. They’re easy games to pick up and play for a few minutes, or for hours at a time. They’re a simple concept, but somehow they never get boring! Now all I need is a Nintendo Switch!
I am excited and thrilled to have another star wars game. Star wars jedi: fallen order is developed Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts.
We all know by now that the previous star wars game battlefront 2 is kind of a mess. I lost all hope after that. But after seeing the trailer of the new game it gave me joy, because it starred cameron monaghan, a great actor. Im hoping ea will give us the experience and game that we star wars fan really wanted.
