Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. I am looking forward to just seeing if there is anything exciting and new coming out. Maybe see if Microsoft will give a sneak peek at the XboxTwo, I do look forward to seeing what they envision for the cloud service, even though it’s not a technology I can readily use.
It’s too early to tell, but I look forward to see if there are any surprises.
i can’t wait for the release of xbox 2 and New Call of Duty, i am an avid fan of both. i heard microsoft is releasing 2 new hardwares. activision also said about a soft reboot of one of its best game COD MW. i’m ecstatic to play that game in XBOX!
Final Fantasy VII! Square Enix gave Final Fantasy Fanatics an announcement to remember in 2015 when they first announced they were going to do a remake. I have been patiently waiting for updates on the game and am very excited to see what they will have in store in June. Final Fantasy VII was by far my favorite game at a young age. It was introduced to me by an older cousin and from there myself and my sister were hooked on the franchise. To this day we still go back and play some of our favorites from the consoles that we still have.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order (Switch) because it’s the newest addition to a great gaming franchise.
I am most excited about new consoles – PS5 and whatever Microsoft announces in a week.
I’m looking forward to last of us 2 by Naughty Dog! I loved the first last of us. I think it could be game of the year!
Final fantasy 7 remake by Square Enix for ps4 definitely. One of the most memorable games I played as a kid, loved the story. Cant wait to dive back in and get heartbroken partway through the game again.
I’m waiting for the Nintendo conference and especially with many yearning for the game of the legend of zelda: link’s awakening for the nintendo switch since it was announced on the Nintendo Direct. It’s a game I played in the gameboy when I was a kid and the image of a link fainted in the waves of the sea and with the island in the background brings back many memories. I am also waiting for the announcement of the new consoles that will launch nintendo and the announcement of the new Halo and Gears of Wars for the xbox.
Possibly some info on some new upcoming consoles?

Super excited to have the ps5 coming soon. I’ve had every playstation console through the years and can’t wait for the punch of the new console, especially since it will be backwards compatible with the ps5.
CD PROJEKT RED’s upcoming Cyberpunk 2077. It looks to be a game that will provide an experience unlike any other.
The Ghostbusters Remake announcement was a pleasant surprise for me.
Borderlands 3 from 2K Games. With such an open story line after Borderlands 2 and an exciting end to Tales from the Borderlands, the years of waiting has finally been worth it. A unique open world game with humour, classes, vehicles and badasses to defeat and explore in search for a Vault. Borderlands is one of the few first person shooters I play because of the unique artistic design, weapons, story line, the characters, and the overall game play. The announcement is important to me because I took away many amazing experiences after I finish all of the games in The Borderlands series, and I enjoyed them so much, I go back for more time and time again.
I am looking forward to the Sony Playstation 5. Especially with the new PSVR2 that will be coming later. VR is the best!
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare by Infinity Ward – Looking forward to playing this on my Microsoft Xbox One. Call of Duty Modern Warfare was the biggest game changer in the FPS series. Finally we get back to the roots of the series, my friends and I are more than excited about this.
To be honest I just like watching the whole event. All the new stuff in a few days to see what’s up and coming is pretty exciting.
What I’m looking forward to most is Nintendo’s Super Mario Maker 2. I have wanted a Nintendo switch for so long now because of the first Super Mario Maker game which I always watch gameplay videos on. Super Mario Maker 2 lets you explore you’re creativity as well as others’ in the community and it would make me very happy if I won the contest.

The Outer World by Obsidian games
I have been looking forward to the return of Obsidian games since Fallout New Vegas, and I cannot wait to see what they have in store with this new sci fi IP.

Been playing on a PS3 since 2006, in definite need of an upgrade to a PS4 and looking forward to and saving up for the Borderlands 3 the borderlands series has consistently been on my top 3 list of games so I was very excited to hear its announcement and see game play at E3!
RocketID being added to Rocket League is my favourite announcement of this year. It was introduced by Psyonix (now under Epic Games). This introduction allowed for myself and others to play with people on other platforms which previously was impossible to do so.
I’m looking forward to the new marvels avenger game from square Enix. Finally a marvel game Not based on one specific character that’s not lego.
I’m EXTREMELY excited for the Marvels The Avengers announcement. This is because I am a massive fan of marvels ultimate alliance games and have been waiting and hoping for a new marvel game to come out that is similar.

I’m most excited for any announcements about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, because it’s been like 6 years since we heard anything from the beloved series. It’s by Activision of course, but they brought Infinity Ward back to help make it as well! They were the originators of the series and they were AWESOME. Super hyped
Watch dogs 3 because i play the other games and even tho they are considered “flops” I think there fantastic and camt wait.
I’m excited for EA Sports and their latest release of NHL and NBA games and better game play and graphics.
My kids and I were really looking forward to the release of the “PlayStation VR Trover & Five Nights at Freddy’s Bundle”, now that it’s out, gotta go get it!
I’m looking forward to Pokémon Sword and Shield by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo! I’ve been playing Pokémon games since I was 8 years old and I don’t intend to ever stop! The nostalgia factor with these games is always present, but it’s always fresh with new exciting features. Not to mention new Pokémon to love!
I’m really looking forward to animal crossing for switch! Also the ps5 release it’s about time for Sony to put out an updated console with backwards capabilities
The most exciting game announcement for this year had to be Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Made my Infinity Ward and announced May 30th. This is more important to because I loved Call of Duty for so long but I began to give up on the game ever since it started its futuristic turns. I always wanted to see it go back to its roots because the modern warfare games were so awesome and I loved them. I’m just so excited to finally experience a modern warfare game all over again and it brings me so much joy to see it make its grand return.
Animal Crossing and Mario maker 2 for Nintendo switch, hopefully more news also on the next gen Switch
