Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Alternatively, it may be a recently released game that was demoed at last year’s show. This may be the year when you discover something new that quickly becomes a new favourite. Animal Crossing for Switch!
I’m most excited for Borderlands 3, by 2kgames. I’ve played every single borderlands game, and maxed out every playable character. I’ve played this series with my friends years ago, so having a new one for us all to play is really exciting
Looking forward to Sony PlayStation 5, I’ve skipped PlayStation 4, need upgrades soon.

I’m really looking forward to Super Mario Maker 2 for Nintendo Switch. Going to build some masterpieces.
I’m SO EXCITED for most of the games coming out this year. Mainly Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Poject S because it looks like something new or atleast a truly new spin on something we’ve seen done wrong before. I’m also excited for Ghost recon: breakpoint by Ubisoft, I LOVED wildlands for its attention to detail in the equipment department. My family is military so it was nice to see things I see my family use on a daily bases in a game I love. I was really hoping for something new in the Fallout line by Bethesda but I’m happy to get a new Doom I find myself going back to the last one over and over again because it has that halo3 feel I’ve been missing.
Cyberpunk for sure after years of playing games like it this one looks stunning .
Ive been a PC gamer for ages, E3 is always so exciting! I really want to see the hour of gameplay from CDPR for Cyberpunk 2077, that is supposedly going to be shown at E3. Also what, if anything is Bethesda going to show regarding Starfield at their conference. Are we going to see more from Paradox for Vampire the Masquerade 2? What’s going to be this year’s insta-buy? Whose Hype train am I boarding this year?
The PS5 has me the most excited. The release of the early specs has it looking like a game changer in the console world. Can’t wait for 2020 and it’s release.

Since Dragon Age 4 has been pushed back, now I’m all about the Final Fantasy VII remake. It was announced by Square Enix, and I’ll be playing it on our PS4 (or 5!).
I came to the FF series late, but it’s one of my top three favourite game series.
Cyberpunk 2077 from CD PROJEKT RED ( the PC version) has me so excited. It is important to me because I have played cyberpunk-like games since I was a wee child – and it makes me so excited to see this game coming out now in 2019!
With Sony skipping E3 this year it’s indeed a big disappointment… I guess I’m most excited about Ubisoft although not a big fan but always interesting to see what they have … everyone is talking about the tweet for Splinter Cell so that’s why I want to know what’s it’s all about.
I’m really excited for Nintendo’s Persona Scramble for the Nintendo Switch!! I’m in love with the music and theme of the game, and now it’s available on the Switch? Count me in :DD
Any and all information Nintendo has on The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake! Looking forward to seeing this game updated.
The most exciting news has to be (Halo Infinite) by 343 Industries on the Xbox system or steam maybe??!!! I can’t wait to start my new adventure with master chief again, this game looks gorgeous and this franchise brings back a lot of memories. I’m ready to go at bestbuy and pre-order my collector edition.

For me it would be the announcement of xCloud by Microsoft. I’m very interesting to know how big companies are going to compete on the cloud gaming amd what would be their offers.
I’m looking forward to CyberPunk 2077 for the PC. The gameplay, style and graphics sends my fun factor to overdrive! I’ve grown up watching/playing cyberpunk type games and this will be a definite purchase.
I am excited to get Borderlands 3!
Borderlands is the best loot shooter and should be tons of fun to play with buddies!.
I am hoping we finally get a release date for Animal Crossing for the Nintendo Switch. Animal Crossing was one of those games I played the heck out of 12 or 14 years ago and definitely has a nostalgic appeal. I’m keen to reimmerse myself in the AC world and hang out with the townsfolk again. Maybe this time I can keep up with the town’s weeds! 😀
I am excited to hear more about EA’s announcement for the next Star Wars game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. I have been a fan of the KOTOR series and often go back to play them from time to time. Although it may not be the same game mechanics as in KOTOR, it has been a while since I’ve experienced a fun Star Wars game. Hoping that this next Star Wars game from EA will rekindle that experience I had as a teen!
DOOM Eternal. DOOM’s been a part of my life since ’93, and it’s amazing to see the franchise thrive!
Avengers has to be one of the most anticipated games, hopefully it’s going in the right direction. Also news about the next gen console would be the perfect way to end the Microsoft conference.
Pokémon Sword and Shield for Nintendo Switch by The Pokémon Company & Nintendo!
I remember getting Pokémon Red on Christmas day as a kid, my brother got Pokémon Blue and we were hooked. We would compete to see who could catch more pokemon, battle our pokemon, and share our experiences as we played through. It was such a special experience to me, and it truly brought us together. Ever since then we have been playing every Pokémon game together, generation after generation. Every time it brings me back to that Christmas morning and were filled with that childlike job again.
Pokémon Sword and Shield will be our next adventure together, and it would be amazing to get an early, up close and personal glimpse at the game at E3. 🙂

Call of Duty Modern Warfare by Infinity Ward. I’ve been a huge fan of the game and story line since I was a kid and this years game gives me nostalgic feels! I can’t wait!

Final Fantasy VII remake by Square Enix for Playstation 4. It’s time to relieve this masterpiece and I’m eager to hear what Square Enix’s vision of this game for the current generation is like.

I am really looking forward to Respawn Entertainment and EA’s Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. As a huge star wars fan for many, many years I have always loved the movies and games. This one looks amazing. From the cinematics, to gameplay Ihink they hit a home run with this title.

I’m extremely excited for the Microsoft conference this year, I believe they will make the Xbox worthwhile again. But above all else, I really want to see a full trailer for the Marvel’s – Avengers game by Square Enix! Can’t wait!!!

BORDERLANDS 3 by Gearbox Software for sure got me hooked! played through most of the borderlands games and it was awesome!o
Im really pumped to know more about Dying Light 2 from Techland, because the first game is still one of my favourites, I loved the aspects of the survival, strategies and the storyline of the game! The game also kept me on my feet wanting to play more when there was a cliffhanger, so I’m itching to know how the second one will be, when it comes out I’ll be buying it right as it goes to stores!

I am VERY excited for both Death Stranding by Kojima Productions for PS4. Metal Gear was one of my favorite series when I first got into gaming.
I’m also stoked for the possibility of a new Avengers game from Square Enix. They have the creativity and experience to really make it amazing!
I have a son with severe autism. One of his talents is that he is really good at gaming. Both of us are really looking forward to seeing if any new consoles are coming out over the next year. Halo and Minecraft are big hits in our house.

Cyberpunk 2077. CD Projekt has made this game look unbelievable and I’m so excited to see how it turned out. I’ve been a huge fan since the Witcher series and couldn’t be more excited for them to release CP2077, it looks absolutely stunning. I’m a big console player but love my PC and think it’ll look great playing on it, unless I get my hands on a new gen console.
I am really looking forward to see more of what nintendo is planning for this E3. One of my favorite games of all time (links awakening) is getting a remake, that alone deserves all possible praise and spotlights, but i am sure they will show even more amazing news for us.
The E3 announcement I am most excited in 2019 is from Nintendo, especially the possible Animal Crossing game for Nintendo Switch. I was facing depression as a teenager, and as a strategy, my family gave me a 3DS, so this same franchise kept me going through this difficult time. Now, the excitement of this announcement connects me back with my loved ones and these memories. I confess I am thrilled to have news about the Animal Crossing franchise and know more about its mechanics and story.
