Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Super excited for Pokemon S&S and the next installment of Det. Pikachu!
I’m looking forward to FF7 remake from square enix, want to see more details for it. It’s one of the best childhood memory game!
My son and I are super excited about Nintendo’s and The Pokémon Company’s announcement in the Pokémon series (Sword & Shield on Switch) developed by Game Freak. We love the constant development of the franchise (i.e. Introduction of Galar Region and new Pokémon: Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble). Its keeps the franchise and game fresh and engaging so you never get bored. Best of all, my son and I have bonded even more as we discuss Pokémon and all the joy it provides.
My sons are looking forward to hearing anything about any game system as theirs is so old (PS2) that they get excited about new gaming systems and games.
So animal crossing for the switch was announced last september and so far we havent gotten any information on the game. No gameplay or release dates. So im hoping those will be announced at E3. Also Its Animal Crossing 2019 By Nintendo.

I am most excited for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from INFINITY WARD. I stopped playing call of duty since it went downhill and moved on to better things, however, the modern warfare series was the best and I will gladly return to the bandwagon once more for this dose of nostalgia! That being said I would be going for a Switch prize pack since I already have everything I need Xbox wise, and i really want to play super smash with friends!
I was going crazy before the release of Days Gone, and it the wait was totally worth!
I am looking forward to the upcoming Death Standing game for the PS4 released by Kojima Productions! The reason I am dying to get my hands on this game is because this is Kojima’s first game developed outside of Konami. The storyline seems so different from all the other games.
Looking forward to some Halo Infinite game play and more info on it from XBox. Halo is the shooter king.
I can’t wait for The Last of Us Part II (Video Game) by Naughty Dog. This game is going to push the ps4 to its’ limits and will be interesting to see what the fps will be and load times. More importantly though, will be the fact that this game will be raising the bar for future games for sure! I betting that this game will be a strong candidate for game of the year when it is released. The trailer looks awesome 🙂
Halo Infinite in the Microsoft announcements. Been too long without a new chapter to the the Halo Franchise.

Most excited for Jedi: Fallen Order by EA. I’m a Star Wars fan through and through and my favorite games are narrative singe player experiences. I trust respawn to put out a great story with a fun action game around it.
I’m really looking forward to hearing announcement for FFVII remake from Square Enix. It’s my first JRPG and favorite childhood game. I’m hoping for a release date announcement.
I am really excited to play the new call of duty Modern Warfare

Call of duty will be launching for ps4 /xbox/Pc
The game will be released on October 25, 2019
Activation announced that you’ll always be rewarded for playing Modern Warfare. Cross-play is also confirmed across all three platforms, which is a major change for the series.

I went to star war celebration this year first time ever greatest experience of my life. Saw EA announce Jedi Fallen order with David Collins. This game looks like everything one would want in a single player game very excited to play it first hand hopefully. Looking forward to learning about next gen consoles and ideas.
I’m very curious to see what Respawn does with Jedi Fallen Order. We’ve all felt burned by EA as of late in the Star Wars community and we look to JFO as a possible saviour as it’s single player and story driven, just like the old days with Kyle Katarn and the Jedi Knight series. Fingers crossed it can deliver on this promise!
I’m excited to see what’s in store for us with the next generation of Playstation. Will we see a PS5 or will we get a new name with an amazing upgrade?
Im excited to see the announcement for the next switch console. It’s portability sets it apart from others. Nintendo will surely have the best support from consumers like me.

STAR WARS JEDI: Fallen Order
The game that excites me the most is The avengers project by square Enix. Since the trailer in 2017, nobody heard anything about the project and now that Avengers endgame is out, it would be fun to play an injustice style Avengers game.
I’m looking forward to a game. It hasn’t been announced as of yet and I doubt it will show in their conference this year. Bethesda has been teasing Elder Scrolls 6 for a long time and I really hope to get more details this year. It’s been a long time coming since we’ve had a continuation off Skyrim
looking forward to hearing any news on Destiny 3 from Bungie now that they are not with Activision anymore hoping that the game play does not suffer or story line have played both Destiny 1&2 with all the extra content and really hoping D3 is just as good or better than D1&2
I’m really looking forward to star wars: jedi falling order from Respawn and EA! I have been a life long star wars fan, I even do a podcast for it (it’s called the sea to sky squadron podcast). I’ve been waiting since star wars old republic for another well crafted sorry drivin star wars game and this looks like it could be it! It’s going to be a day one buy for sure!

Really intrigued about Death Stranding from Kojima Productions (for Sony, PS4, etc). Kojima is so weird and I want to see what his creativity completely unleashed can do.

Looking forward to any news from Square Enix about the legendary Final Fantasy VII remake. Been waiting years for this and I know it’ll be awesome. It was one of my first game purchases for the original Sony PlayStation back in the day.

I am most excited for Call of duty Modern Warfare announced by infinity ward. I am extremely exited for this game. The campaign and story line of the first three were amazing and I can’t wait to see Captain Price back in action.

I’m so excited for the announcement by Nintendo for Luigi’s Mansion 3 for the Switch. I’ve loved this one since the very first game and it has been a long wait for a Luigi’s Mansion game. E3 in itself is exciting and I’m always looking forward to it every year. I’m most excited for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare announcement by Activision and Infinity Ward. Shooters will always have a special place in my heart and this COD sounds promising.
I’m very excited with the upcoming release of Square Enix’s ‘Marvel’s Avengers’ since I’m a big fan of the Marvel Avengers.
I have been looking forward to the release of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening since I saw the trailer on Nintendo’s YouTube channel. It brings back so many good memories of my cousins and I playing the classic Zelda game and I can not wait for Link to kick off another adventure on the Nintendo Switch.
Borderlands 3 developed by gearbox software, and published by 2K. Borderlands 2 is my favourite game hands down, and they have made some massive improvements. I’m just really excited to get back in. Also, the marketing for the game has been brilliant so far

Techland’s dying light 2 is what I’m most exited to see again this year. I hope they bring it up a notch from the first game and give me countless hours of play like the last one.
This E3 I’m most excited and looking forward to the new console announcement from Xbox.

Both myself and my girlfriend are really excited to learn more about Gears of War 5 by The Coalition and Xbox Game Studio. We finished the campaign together on Gears of War 4 and are excited to see what happens next. Most importantly thought, myself and all my friends can’t wait for a new Horde mode, we spent 100 plus hours all playing that together!
SInce Sony stated they will not be present. I’m hoping to see more detail on Death Stranding, Star Wars Jedi Falen Order, and the next big release for Nintendo.
