Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. Switch Mario 2 FTW!!
Looking forward to seeing what Marvel’s Avengers is. It’s been long overdue for someone to puts together an Avengers game that matches the quality of the MCU films. I think Spider-Man for PS4 was a step in the right direction and as my favourite film franchise, I’d love to see characters like Iron Man receive strong, original stories. Crystal Dynamics has been on a good streak with the Tomb Raider series so I trust what they’ve been working on is going to be great.
Very Excited for CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077! It feels like the start of a whole new standard for what games can be. It’s incredible to see an independent Polish studio make waves like this!
I’m really intrigued and looking forward to more new announcement regarding Microsoft new Xbox platform. I read somewhere that it may be the most powerful and open console of the next gen. I can’t wait to see new Halo and Gears of War running on this beast. I also like what Microsoft has been doing Game Pass and the expansion of Xbox Live. So, in summary.. I’m looking forward to the new Xbox from Microsoft, because of its huge power advantage.
I think I’m most excited about the super smash bros ultimate world championship. I’m a huge fan of smash bros and I play it almost every day. Im excited for any announcements from Bethesda Softworks on game titles like Starfield, or the Elder Scrolls VI. The elder scrolls series is my long running favorite, so I’m excited for the next entry.

Blizzards World of Warcraft 15th anniversary Collectors edition.
I’m excited about this release because I have every previous collector’s edition and it is the only collector’s edition series that I care enough about to continue supporting.
Hoping to hear about elder scrolls VI
Super excited for Respawn Entertainment to release Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for PS4 the end of this year!!! I have always loved the Star Wars franchise and games, with my favourites being the Star Wars Battlefront series for PlayStation. Taken directly from the PlayStation store “An abandoned Padawan must complete his training, develop new powerful Force abilities, and master the art of the lightsaber – all while staying one step ahead of the Empire.” This will be so much fun to play!

The Gaming announcement I am most looking forward to is definitely Animal Crossing made by Nintendo. There hasn’t been a mainline console Animal Crossing game since the Wii , and that is way too long for me! I’ve loved this series and I can’t wait for my daughters to experience it as well. It can’t come soon enough!

I am looking forward to the HALO INFINITE, from BUNGIE and MICROSOFT, gaming annoucement because I’ve been a huge HALO fan from XBOX Claissic. This is the reason I still play XBOX!.
I’m most excited for Pokemon Sword and Shield from Nintendo, Game Freak, and the Pokemon Company. Hopefully they build upon the game play and can adjust the difficulty so it’s more challenging for the older audience. Maybe active battles instead of turn-based? This makes me super excited because I grew up playing Pokemon Blue, Red and Yellow then sort of fell off the Pokemon wagon. I’m hoping this can pull me back in and sync with Pokemon Go!

I’m looking forward to more collaborations betweeen xbox and play station. When they announced they will be working together on cloud based services it got me really hyped, for future collabs that they might do together, since i am an xbox player.
Kojima’s Death Stranding for PS4! I can’t believe we’re finally getting it after 3 years of drooling over teasers, and I can’t be the only one who’s eager to get their hands on it.
Definitely The Sinking City by Frogwares. Heard about it in 2016, and the whole concept from the trailer is amazing. Also more Lovecraftian based lore games are awesome! Like who doesnt wanna get face to face with Cthulhu!
Pumped for the game Marvel’s Avengers by Square Enix! It feels like we’ve been teased forever by the teaser trailer, and I’m just dying to see more details about it! I was really bummed out that Marvel’s Ultimate Alliance was only for the Switch, so I hope it comes out for ps4 as that’s the only console I have lol (unless I win this contest). I love Marvel, I love the Avengers, and I love Square Enix! Nuff said and good luck to everyone!
Despite the publisher Sony not being at E3 this year, I’m incredibly excited for Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part II. I’ve been playing their games since Jak and Daxter and they have definitely continued to deliver a library of games that remain among my all time favourites. I remember the first time I played the Last of Us very fondly. The tone of the game coupled with the characters they created really made it an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to see what’s next in store for Ellie and Joel.

I’m hoping for the same thing that I hope for every year, for Nintendo and The Pokemon Company to announce Pokemon Snap 2. Pokemon Snap has always been my favourite game and I’ve been wanting a sequel for 20 years now.
Borderlands 3 baby!!!!!! Love the series and can’t wait to dive back into this shoot and loot Gearbox has in store for us.
Remastered Final Fantasy VII and Elder Scrolls VI both have my interest peaked for this year!!
for me, I am looking forward to the microsoft presentation because rumours have been going around about theme releasing 2 next gen consoles.
Marvel’s “Avengers Game”. Even the basic premise of new co-op Super Hero game sounds like kind of fun we haven’t seen since the Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics (announced the game) and have a record of high quality standards and simply awesome games. I have an 18-month son, and these are the kinds of games I want in the game library I’m trying to put together for us 🙂
I am most excited in 2019 for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which EA has confirmed will release on November 15. Developer Respawn Entertainment has also announced we’ll get to see more on it at EA Play and E3 2019 – can’t wait!. I’ve been playing Star Wars games since way back in 1997 (Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II). These games just keep getting more and more realistic and I’m excited to give the latest one a spin!
I’m most excited for Nintendo to release news about the “new switch”. Be it a updated hardware with better graphics or longer battery life or a mini version, the switch in my opinion is the best console. It means a lot to me because Nintendo’s consoles and games have always brought me and my extended family together for hours of fun!
Have been hyped for Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding ever since it was announced to be a ps4 exclusive! Norman Reedus will deliver an awesome performance I am sure!
Looking forward to Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding because I’m always a huge fan of Kojima’s work and it looks absolutely bonkers. There’s nobody that knows the art of video games more than this guy who’s been doing it for close to 40 years. I’ve been playing his games since I was a kid and it always reminds me of Metal Gear on the NES whenever I see his name.
I’m excited about the release of Super Mario Maker 2 for the Nintendo Switch. This game has been much hyped about in online circles, and it’s easy to see from the promos. I can’t wait to let my creative juices work on some course design!
I love gaming. It always allows me to sit down, relax, and bring me to my ”happy place” and tune out the busy world for a short period of time. I am excited for everything in E3 but mainly xbox and Nintendo announcements. Ive been a Nintendo fan from my early years and still am. There is so much hype and lack of news on who the next fighters will be for Smash Bros Ultimate from the DLC. I think there will be fireworks at E3 this year from all companies
I am so excited about having the new game Mario Maker 2. It’s going to be released this upcoming June 29th, developed by Nintendo and made for Nintendo Switch. Ever since I was a little girl I have been playing Mario in all it’s forms, and having the opportunity to create my own worlds is like a dream come true. I am owner of the Mario Maker One, and I am so excited to see what’s new with the Mario Maker 2.
I am looking forward to Borderlands 3 most of all. Some of my best gaming memories was playing the first two with my brother when he was still around. Platinum trophy in his honour once it comes out. 🙂
Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. I’m really excited to what activision will do with the soft reboot of this franchise game. I really feel like they’re focusing on what the audience wants!
I’m really looking forward to the new Ghost Recon Breakpoint by Ubisoft. I think that seeing known actors like Jon Bernthal in video games will become more popular.

I am really looking forward to news on the Xbox project scarlett ( rumored by gameradar+). I cannot wait to see what this system will look like and how much horsepower xbox will pack into there new system. I love the latest and greatest tech. it is amazing to see how far gaming has come in the last 10 years.
I am looking forward to the game that will be released in 2019 by Nintendo for Nintendo Switch-Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening. I have hardly played any video games before I purchased Switch last year, but I have always heard my friends talking about Legend of Zelda. Breath of the Wilds was the first game i played after buying my switch. I was fascinated by the graphics, story line and the open concept world. As Link’s awakening is a remake of an older Zelda game, I am excited for its release because it would allow me to experience a nostalgic game with better graphic. Announced by Nintendo

I personally am excited to hear more about Bethesda’s Doom Eternal game. I loved the first one and can’t wait to get my hands on the sequel! It’s one of the games that really got me back into gaming with the fun gameplay and awesome graphics. It was also my way to distress after a long days work. I can’t wait to see it.

The game announcement that I am most excited about is Avengers project. MCU has been one of the greatest movie sagas of all time. I am hoping if the game from Marvel can be equally as good if not better than their cinematic counterpart, just like spiderman.
Very excited about the announcement of Borderlands 3 coming this September from Gearbox Software. I’ve been a fan of the series since the first one came out, and it’s my favourite shooter series! Looking through forward to all the conferences and announcements at E32019!!
Mario…brings me back to the good old days!
Very excited at AMD’s recent anoucement at Computex regardings its Ryzen 3000 mainstream series of processors, based on 7nm Zen 2 microarchitecture. Even though it likely won’t be in my immediate budget to get my hands on these, I think the big power increase that they offer, not least due to improvements in core die density, will be a game changer for the PC gaming industry and entice other vendors and manufacturers to come up with some interesting engineering advancements of their own in the coming months and years. The Ryzen 3900X, with its 12 cores and 24 threads should prove to be quite the beast. This without even mentioning the synergies with the X570 chipset based around the AM4 socket, offering in combo 40 PCIe 4.0 lanes. Exciting times to be a PC gamer 🙂
