Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. I am most excited for the new Call if Duty game developed by infinity ward. Bring back memories from the COD 4 days when I was younger. Way to many hours playing that game… worth it though.
I am excited to see of Nintendo will announce an upgraded Nintendo Switch, maybe with 4K.
Metroid Prime 4 from Nintendo and Retro Studios has me the most excited. Metroid is my favourite series, because of its focus on exploration and for it’s horror undertones. I’m almost positive there won’t be any news about the game, but its my favourite series developed by one of my favourite developers so it’s hard not to be excited.
the modern warfare series was one of my favorite series in any game from the game flow to story i loved it all… That game was my childhood and I would LOVE to experience it in full 4k with a ps4 pro… the second that trailer came out I was over the moon excited. so hopefully this was convincing enough n good luck to everyone else 🙂
I’m most interested in what google has to say about Stadia, the impact of this service could be immeasurable. Death Stranding finally got some gameplay footage so more info on that will be welcome. I’m hoping to hear some news on Escape from Tarkov coming to the Xbox preview format.

I am most excited about the Sony panel because they might announce the release date for the new coming game the last of us part 2 with a new trailer. I have been waiting for this game since i played the first one with its fantastic story and hope to get the same experience with the new one
Final Fantasy 7 Remake (from Square Enix) getting a new trailer after so much silence is so impactful because of the game’s history and Square Enix’s recent history with not being able to make FF games in a timely manner. The game is looking great too.
The PS4 prize pack looks incredible to me and the switch package is crazy !! I’ve always tried to save up enough money to purchase these gaming consoles, however, supporting myself through school and life makes it very hard…this would be an incredible opportunity to be able to any of these consoles for once! Fingers crossed

I am most excited for THE LAST OF US 2 because the first game was such a good game
For me it would have to be Borderlands 3 by Gearbox Software, particularly for PS4 as it’s all my friends and I really game on anymore. There aren’t many co-operative shooterish games being made any more, so I’m really looking forward to it.
I am hoping we see more from Nintendo. The thought of Luigi Mansion 3 is very exciting. I have always wanted a switch but do not have the money for one. Hopefully i win this one!
I was most excited for Total War: Three Kingdoms by Creative Assembly and published by Sega. I have loved Total War games since the first Shogun, the first Rome Total War nearly ruined University for me! I need to upgrade my system now, so the gaming prize pack would be awesome!
Great Rune, the collaboration between George R.R. Martin and FromSoftware. Because unlike The Winds of Winter and A Dream of Spring, it’ll actually release.
I’m most excited to see what’s new coming from Sony and Microsoft related to the next consoles! Hopefully Microsoft says a bit more about what they’re planning, since Sony kind of already did and won’t be at E3.
My most anticipated announcement has to be Dying Light 2 by tech land and warner brothers. Nothing was better than grappling across rooftops and drop kicking a zombie off of them. Plus 4 player coop was hella fun. All the other games mentioned have been announced like cyberpunk, B3, and ff7r and either have a release date which isn’t new or was announced previously. E3 anticipation is reserved for the new.
Also let’s get this ps5 thing over with. Fork out the money but 5 second load time on Spider-Man fast travel is kind of cool.
I am looking forward to borderlands 3 by 2k/Gearbox because borderlands 2 is my favourite game ever.
I am excited for cod modern warfare remastered as cod4 was my first cod game back on the Xbox 360. I’m excited to see how infinity ward will redo their multiplayer as cod4 and mw2 had timeless experiences with their multiplayer and am really looking forward to using the MP5 on shipment once again
Playstation made the announcement last Wednesday. Death Stranding out November 8th 2019. I’ve never been that excited in my whole life for a game. Since the first preview in 2015 and all the actors that have been added to the cast, that will be a master piece (of course it’s Kojima) !

Maker: Naughty Dogs!
Part 1 was well made and had a great theme story. It kept you wanting more. You could easily empathize with the characters as well as being well created . The atmosphere and the scenery was well done. And the story line was A+ . I am assuming part II will be as good as the first part, if not better! And with the way technology is advancing you can only expect that the graphics well get better than they already are!
I am most looking forward to Final Fantasy VII Remake. I have fond memories of the original, and am looking forward to playing a new take on it. I like the battle system from FFXV, so I think I’ll like the one in FFVII… plus Aeirth looks super pretty in this one lol.
I’m really excited for borderlands 3. I have very fond memories of playing the first two with my brother and friends! Time to rekindle that bond with Borderlands!
I’m most excited for Pokémon sword and shield from Nintendo/Gamefreak. My kids are big Pokémon fans and (depending on the release date) this will make a great Christmas gift for them.

I am most excited for the new ice born expansion for monster hunter world. It is one of my favourite games and the information they’ve revealed thus far looks dope. Can’t wait till it comes out!

Totally excited for the new Call if Duty game developed by Infinity Ward for the PC. Love the shoot em up kinda action. The graphics are amazing. Your immersed in the game espeically when you play on the ultrawide screen. Cant wait!

I am most excited about Nintendo’s announcement regarding the remake of the game The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening. I loved playing the original on my Gameboy many years ago. Now, I want to experience the game with the amazing new mechanics and power that Nintendo has to offer in 2019.
I can’t wait for the new Call of Duty: Modern warfare! I’ve been playing the series since COD 4. But also I’ve had Nintendo since I was a kid, and I would love share that joy of a Switch with my own kids.

I am looking forward to the retro Super NES Classic edition by Nintendo. This brings back so many memories from when I was younger when my friends and I would meet up and have tournaments all weekend long. He biggest reason I am looking forward to this is the fact that I am always talking to my son about this console. Add to that the fact I would like an opportunity to just once beat him at a video game since I would have a leg up on him to start. This would be great father/son bonding time. Thanks Best Buy !
