Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake for Playstation has me super excited! The original for PS1 is easily the greatest game ever created. I love everything about it, and am excited to see basically a playable Advent Children version of the game! Hope it comes out soon!!!
Nintendo’s line up has been amazing with their announcement of the E3 2019 Nintendo direct and the Smash Bros Ultimate Invitational 2019. I have owned and played every iteration of smash bros! What I find most exciting is that the internet has been buzzing and feel it is safe to say a new character will join the fight !!!
VERY VERY EXCITED to hear about the PS5 and Xbox 2. I also cannot wait to get a good look at The Last of Us 2. With so much hype surrounding this title it easily has to be one of the most anticipated games to be released to date. I am also interested to see what new developments companies are making to put them ahead of others in the industry. The gaming world is so spectacular and these events bring the community together, it shows no matter who you are, where you come from or what you believe in, the world of gaming has brought us all together. 🙂
I am definitely most excited for call of duty: modern warfare developed by infinity ward. Modern warfare 1+2 have always been my favorite story shooters and a soft reboot of the series gives me hype I haven’t felt in years!
I am most interested in seeing Mircosoft’s conference and seeing if they announce/show their next gen console.
I am also desperate for any news and gameplay from Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls Six and Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

I have been playing the series since it was first released and i cannot think of any other game that could be more exciting. The series has provided so much fun over the years.
I’m most excited about Animal Crossing from Nintendo. When I was younger, it was the game I put the most time into and has always been the one that is most memorable to me.
This is easy ! For me all I need is for Microsoft to announce 1 game and the title is Halo infinity !!! The reason is simple. Halo as been the 1st video game I played and loved.

I’m most excited for The Last Of Us II. Released by Sony and Naughty Dog studios for the PS4. Second on my list would be Death Stranding by Kojima Products for the PS4.
The release of Dying Light 2 the zombie parkour masterpiece of Techland has me and many others trembling with anticipation. If their new game engine (C-engine) wasn’t enough to get you going, the debut of their new A.I. system constructed around the realizim of apocalyptic human behavior should do it. Tymon Smektala (lead designer) has made it clear that the combination of new systems and a unique choice based progression system that causes visible changes to map and NPC interactions, will make this game not only fantastic but also a considerably different experience for each player.
I am most looking forward to hearing about Microsoft’s next Xbox offering.

I can’t wait to go back in this crazy world! Many people I know in Québec City are working on it, that makes it even more interesting! I have played every game in the serie and just love everything from the art direction to the game design.

I am very, very excited for the next Halo: Infinite announcement from Microsoft/343 Industries! I have been a huge fan of the Halo franchise since I was a kid (Halo 2 and 3 were my absolute favourites). Grew up playing the iconic Xbox series. And even though I was a little disappointed by Halo 5: Guardians, Halo: Infinite is looking promising so far and I hope this next installment in the series will provide me with the same feeling that the original trilogy + Reach + ODST gave me. <3

Call of duty: modern warfare announcement made last week by infinity ward. I was a huge fan at the end of highschool/into college and I feel like the modern warfare series of games were a highlight of my gaming days. Having the nostalgic trailer come out reinvigorated my desire to game and I can’t wait for this title to come out so I can play using the iconic characters I grew to enjoy back in the day AKA my boy Price! We’re goin dark boys!!!
