Many years ago, when my children were younger, I bought a projector to use as the main display in my basement home theatre. I was shocked that it never stayed in one place: my wife would move it to the bedroom to watch a movie when she was sick in bed, my kids would move it to their bedrooms for sleepovers, and I even took it to work a couple times for presentations. That’s something you certainly can’t say about a television. Rarely a day went by that it was not used for movies, gaming, work and more.

I think this would mostly be used in our family room, although we would also love to have some backyard movie nights when the weather is a little warmer – it’s so great that the set up is easy and it can be moved from one location to another without any trouble!

My favorite feature would be the Chromecast ability, I already use my Chromecast for virtually everything on my home TV and this would allow me to easily bring that everywhere……. But I would most likely set it up in my bedroom ahaha
