In the last decade we have become a streaming society. Roku has been a huge part of the transition by enabling us to connect a small device to any television to instantly make it capable of showing anything we want to see. Their selection of channels was unmatched by any other streaming service. They added to this experience a few years ago when they improved the onscreen interface and added their own Roku channel. Suddenly you could find old favourites and new favourites quickly in one location.
It makes sense then that the newest iteration of Roku would introduce the ability for us to stream amazing audio too. In fact, when I hooked it up to try it out in my home, the first thing I streamed was Spotify, thinking, “Let’s hear how Eddie sounds on this speaker!” I have to say, Van Halen sounded pretty amazing!

quiet commercials
My favourite feature of the Roku Streambar is that it is easy to set up because I am always asking my son to come help me with everything but with this I could do it myself!

It is hard to choose but I think my favourite is the ‘quiet loud commercials’ feature as that is very annoying. Thank you for the chance.
I guess I should have called it the ‘Automatic Volume Levelling’ feature.
How it allows a person to stream a small device to tv. It would be great to use when we are not permitted to watch our kids sport games, but the game is being livestreamed.

I’m thinking the best thing is that it is a soundbar AND so much more due to ROKU. I need a soundbar for my older tv – you have to turn the sound up so high to hear some dvds and then it rattles when there is action.

Actually there are two features that are my favorite and that is, 1 The Night Listening because I can tune down the sound when the husband goes to bed very early due to early work days. 2. Quiet loud commercials as I hate when they are blaring out when I am watching a program that has not been previously recorded that I can fast forward though the commercials!
A Roku Streambar would really improve the sound quality of my older tv.
I like the option of having Bluetooth connectivity and Spotify Connect on the Roku Streambar. This will make connecting our bluetooth enabled devices (phones, laptops) to it much more easier and allow us to stream our dads favourite online radio stations.
I really like that the Roku Streambar will improve my old LCD TV’s audio to fresh crisp levels . . .

I think the best feature of the Roku streambar is how it is able to quite loud commercials. This feature by it self is worth the price of this product.
