I'm a film / TV composer based in Vancouver BC. Music has always been part of my life, but my first career was in the technology industry as a consultant and project manager. I helped to build and open the Experience Music Project – a rock and roll museum in Seattle. I hold a Bachelor of Music from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University. I also hold a diploma in Audio Engineering from the University of Washington and I’m a graduate of Hummie Mann’s acclaimed Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program.

  1. These would actually be great for my wife when she does her yoga.  She prefers to listen to classical so I am glad they actually seem to work better for classical/opera.

  2. Hey old school, yeah, these would be great for cutting out the noise and listening to classical. Before buying them for her yoga, I’d take a look at the poses she practices as the over-the-ear design (and wire) might get in the way. Even some of the more popular poses (downward dog, Childs pose) require the arms to be moving by the head.These are awesome headphones, but for yoga, I’d probably look at an in-ear model.
